No pool. Good breakfast. Big rooms for china. Parking not easy.

My booking was for 2 rooms with 2 QUEEN BEDS, for 2 and 3 adults. When I get there, they were insisting that they have only 2 double beds room. And if I want a room for 3, I need to pay extra. My voucher specifically states that we are 3 adults and room should have 2 queen beds and I insisted on that. The Manager asked me what is the measurement of the queen bed in my voucher insisting that it means double bed only. Holiday Inn is an international chain that should adhere to international standard, there is no need to specify the measurement of a queen size bed since this is standard. It took me an hour before they finally agreed to give me a room with beds to fit 3 adults. Their front desk people cannot speak english at all. Our room was for 3 persons, towels were only for 2. Asked for towels, it arrived after the 3rd request in a span of 10hours. Breakfast, simple but good enough fo I expected a lot more from an international chain hotel. Nice location. Clean rooms.
