Tres beau séjour.
Il faudrait clarifier la différence entre le premium mountain resort et l'ordinaire, et tenter de ne pas les indiquer comme deux hôtels différents.

Pour : Hot tub was great
Contre : Very basic appliances. The dish washer cycled jammed on me and I had to start over again.
The experience was a good one overall. I just wished that few things could be improved in the future.
The first thing we see as we walked in the condo is the rippled carpet. That makes a very poor impression. Nest we got 12 degrees in there, I hit the thermostat and the fire place remains dead. So I call the front desk but the line is busy. So I learn how works the fire place because the switch is to off inside. I light the pilot and everything and we are finally good for some heat!
I would recommend to replace the coffee maker and the coffe provider. They both makes for a rough start in the morning...
I was also disappointed by the lack of Eco feature in the condo. No recycling available at all and all lighting was conventionnal bulbs. No LED or CFL...
The TV was somewhat a challenge to navigate the channels. The channel scan had to be performed every time it was shut down otherwise manual number punching was required which required hyphen for every channel. I played with hundreds of TV in my life and never came across something as much labor intensive.

What a gem!
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HotelsGreat spot! Lots to do at the resort plus Toby Creek Adventures, Kootenay River Runners and Radium hot springs all super close by. We had a jam packed long weekend of atving, white water rafting, hot springs at night, chilling at the resort pool and going down the water slides and the pipe coaster. Lots of hikes on the resort and surrounding it. The restaurants were great and the staff know their stuff. The price for staying was amazing as well!10/10 recommend :)

The location was Excellent... activities around the location was Good...
