Paonia Gem
Publié le 12 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was everything and more that we could have hoped for. It's extremely clean and very spacious for a one bedroom. It's so close to downtown Paonia. We were able to walk downtown and take the free bus to Big B's for the concerts.

Hidden gem cottage
Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was a pleasant surprise. Much nicer than the pictures indicated. Every amenity was provided. The bedroom and bath were spacious and well appointed. An additional plus was that all natural cleaners were used. The kitchen was fabulous even though we had difficulty with operating the cooktop and had to call the owner for assistance. She came over promptly and reset the breaker. The only negative was the sofa and love seat were very soft for us two seniors with back problems. ! We would definitely stay here again

Comfortable, cute cottage

Walking distance to town.
Missing hair dryer and umbrella but otherwise had everything we needed including an electric fireplace.
Would definitely stay here again.

Return to Catalpa Cottage
Publié le 31 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed at the Catalpa Cottage Cottage two years ago and loved everything about the Cottage and Paonia. We returned this year to visit a friend and to enjoy the town and surroundings. The cottage is sweet, inviting and very comfortable, is nicely decorated with a comfy bed, has a gourmet kitchen and had a beautiful shaded deck. Its location is semi rural with a view of nearby hills, yet just a couple of blocks from downtown. We eagerly anticipated our return this year and can't wait to return to the Catalpa Cottage. Thank you for this gem of a VRBO.

Wonderful cottage
Publié le 17 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayCatulpa Cottage is a hidden treasure. It was just perfect as a home base for us for our hiking adventures off Kebler Pass. Mornings on the deck and evenings by the fire pit capped our days. Visits to nearby wineries and breweries were an added treat.
The Cottage is well furnished and had everything we needed. It was very functional as well....with a spacious kitchen and bathroom and plenty of room for all of our gear.
