la maison etait sale!

We booked 2 nights. Upon arrival the house was in a dirty state. it was just digusting. The floor were sticky and dirty. The kitchen was in terrible state. The shower was blocked by hairs.. Furthemore It is not right to promote a breakfast when on 1st day there was just 3 eggs for 2 and some Bread . No jam no butter nothing... On 2nd day same 3 eggs arrived when we were leaving.... no juice no cornflakes as advertied on their pictures FELIX the person in charge is a good person but the owner should pay for a cleaning lady. And for a gardener. The state of the garden was appaling. the lawn had not been cut for weeks. It is all very good to rent ooms but maintenance is a priority.

hello, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. We had to change the cleaning lady after the last one tried to swindle us. It take us 3 weeks to get a new one, every things seem ok now. We hope your experience do not change your feelings about the beuty of our island who have nothing to do with our problem. Thank you

A small guesthouse

Close to the center of Papeete. You checked in ”digitalky”. No real life staff available, normally. The very few rooms are basic. The room was glesbygd, but not the terrace next to it.

Good value for money and close to Grocery store and shops.Location is not the best though and is hard to find by taxi.We had found the remote for the Air Conditioning unit on the first level and turned the unit on.Came back after twenty minutes from our upstairs room and noticed the unit was turned off and the remote missing.When the owners came in to restock the breakfast cereals they noticed it was on and I can only assume they were not happy because the unit was using power and abruptly turned it off.We sweltered in the heat alongs with the other angry and upset guests.Stay clear of this place and its rude young male housekeeper. He plays games that he does not understand you!

Hello, Thank you for your comment, for the taxi, normally if you give the taxi the document that you receive while doing your check in, all the taxis know us, I will send this information to the central Taxi of Papeete. For the air conditioner, indeed, when we got home, and the air conditioner was on and there was nobody ... I think it's normal to turn it off? You have air conditionner in your room, i don't understand why you need it in the living room and then you go to your room. But ok, i will see that with the manager. Now concerning Felix, you have to know, and it is written on our GUESTHOUSE description in EXPEDIA, we have no office, no staff present on the spot, everything is self service. If you need help, it's by mail and we will meet you if needed. This young man that you insults, ensures that there is no problem between the different customers and especially ensures your security in housing. He has no obligation to talk to you or to help you, he is not there for that but he tried to help customers some times and we realize that it is misinterpreted. Cordially.
