Beautiful and clean accommodation in quiet neighbourhood
Publié le 10 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWhat a beautiful and spotless accommodation and for a great price. Very friendly and easy to reach owner should you need anything. Comfortable bed for the adults and kids rooms were cosy and clean. Both the bathroom and en-suite were spotless. Peaceful place to be and in easy reach of many beaches and Fowey is only a few minutes drive away. Thank you for the wine and biscuits. Would definitely stay again.

Well-equipped, spacious apartment

Fabulous holiday!
Publié le 23 août 2021 sur HomeAwayWe were extremely impressed with the property, it was so clean and welcoming. A small welcome pack was also left for us (cookies, wine & coffee). It was like a 'home from home' - amazing! Communication with the property manager was excellent, we were given clear instructions how to reach the property as well as the many sights to see around the area (beaches, eateries etc). Great base for the area! Would highly recommend.

A good base

Property spacious and clean and kitted out well (minus washing machine).

Lovely holiday apartment
Publié le 25 juill. 2021 sur HomeAwayA really fabulous holiday rental, very clean and well resourced. A very comfortable, homely place to stay. The apartment is on a new small estate in a small village only a mile or two from some nice beaches. It's very quiet at night which is a bonus. Plenty of great places to visit within a few miles. Fully recommend Polkerris beach, Fowey, Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan, all close by. The owner left a complimentary bottle of wine and some shortbread, which was a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable. Two bathrooms were also really appreciated. The only thing which would improve the rental would be the addition of a washing machine, so make sure you pack enough clothes to last the full duration of the stay. Otherwise, the nicest rental we have ever stayed in!

As far as a washing machine goes, I decided a dishwasher would be much more useful while on a well earned holiday. We just didn’t have the room for one. I look forward to welcoming you back again any time. Take care of yourselves

Lovely space in an odd location
Publié le 20 juin 2021 sur HomeAwayDetached, spacious, very clean and comfy with almost all mod cons (no washing machine). The actual location just surprised us as it's in the middle of a housing estate, and we certainly didnt find any easy 15 min walk to the beach.

Hi Janice, thanks for taking the time to submit a review. I have amended our information so that it says we are situated on a development & also that Par Beach is further away to walk than 15mins. A washing machine is not listed anywhere in our amenities on the website so not sure why that was a problem for you. I hope you still enjoyed your holiday even without a washing machine. A real home from home
