Good location, dishonest host
Publié le 12 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayLocation was fine, quick walk to the beach however after mopping and vacuming the house, leaving it in better condition than when we arrived we were still charged an additonal cleaning fee. The host claimed the stairs were stained a provided a pic where you could clearly see someones dirty work boots. We did not wear shoes inside and washed off any sand from our feet before entering.

Dishonest guest. The house was left in a dirty condition, especially the stairs and upholstery. The boots noted belong to the housekeeper, who always removes footwear when working. Do not host this guest, as they are irresponsible.

Thanks for staying, Kaye. I am happy you enjoyed your time. There are mats at each entry to clean any objects or sand from your feet before entry. Our back step is normal height, and not dangerous.

Very large clean place and walking distance to the beach

Publié le 13 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWhat a wonderful long weekend we had at this property. Large with lots of space both inside and out. Beautiful walks along a long stretch of beach that was quiet. Needing to bring food isn’t an issue with a full fridge and kitchen. Spotless and comfortable with one of the longest lounge suits I’ve ever seen!

Great house for a getaway

Good kitchen ,lovely outdoor area .
Beds good ,very quiet area this time of the year.
Very close to beach.
House is well presented overall

Great house to relax
Publié le 11 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family (11 of us) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The grandkids (7 to 17) enjoyed themselves especially as they spent quality time with their parents and us on the beach, playing games.

Luxury close Tom the beach

Peaceful

There is nowhere else you can walk out your front door and within a couple of minutes your sitting on the golden sand watching the surf or trying your luck fishing as my partner does and catching fresh salmon and flathead for tea. We love this place and stay here often the hardest part is leaving

Holiday at paradise beach
Publié le 22 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property is clean and well appointed. Great to be able to bring the dog along with a secure fenced area and beaches that you can take your dog for a walk. It's a lovely quiet area with a short walk to the beach. The internet and phone reception was very patchy, often getting no internet or Netflix. The beaches in this area are not the best for swimming, but if you prefer a quieter holiday destination it is a lovely spot.

Thanks for staying and enjoying the house. Unfortunatlety Telstra (the only internet provider at the location) is have delivery problems and so probably caused your issues. The matter has been reported to Telstra and they are very slow to respond.
