A spacious bright 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa located in a gated complex of 12 villas with a shared pool and coin-laundry facilities.
The villa is conveniently located on Paradise Island just a 5 minute walking distance to the Atlantis Resort and Marina, the beautiful Cabbage Beach, restaurants, coffee shops etc.
The villa has a private enclosed terrace with BBQ, patio table and chairs and two sun lounges. A fully equipped kitchen with pots/pans, coffee machine, toaster, toaster oven, blender, utensils etc.

The Villa looks and feels very good. I like the sophisticated, beautiful decor. The couch and dining room chairs were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked despite being relatively small. The beds are firm and filled with pillows. Like the rest of the house, the bathrooms are clean and tastefully decorated. The location is excellent! Within walking distance from beaches, restaurants, and casinos. Our host, Sarah, was very attentive and responded to my questions immediately. She went out of her way to give me the information I needed. She is, in general, a fun person to be with. Easy going, and charming. I highly recommend Sarah's villa.

A Bahama Oasis
It is an amazing place to stay. The location is perfect. Close to grocery stores, atlantis, and the beautiful beach. The pool in the complex is a minute walk (if that), and you won’t find friendlier people on an island. We loved hanging out in the outdoor space, whether it was coffee in the morning or a glass of wine later on. This is a gem! Sarah was very responsive and communicated well. We will return! Thank you for a relaxing and amazing girls trip !!

Perfect Paradise Island Retreat
We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Break Villa so much! Upon arrival, instructions were excellent for a seamless check-in. The villa was spotlessly clean, decorated tastefully in a beach/island theme, and offered every amenity we needed. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms were perfect for our party of two coupkes.

Home away from Home
We recently enjoyed a wonderful two-week stay at Ocean Break Villas. The location was perfect for our family of 3/4, providing the ideal setting for a relaxing, recuperative getaway. While we spent most of our time at the villa, we found the space to be both gracious and comfortable, offering all the amenities needed for a family of four. It truly felt like home. Despite its compact size, the villa was well-equipped and convenient. Sarah was fantastic—her communication and responsiveness to any queries were exceptional. We would definitely stay at Ocean Break Villas again.

The place was great. My first time going to the Bahamas i think it was great. The house was beautiful. Just one thing i didnt like. Maybe other people quest wouldnt mine. Communication with the host wasnt that great. Me personally would have love to meet her but never happened. Overall it was a great vacation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a rental unit for getaway, and I must say it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the cleanliness and modern decor of the unit. The attention to detail in every aspect of the space was truly impressive. The rental unit was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities and comforts of home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and the living area was cozy and inviting. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable, with a plush bed and soft linens that made for a restful night's sleep. The location of the rental unit was also perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental unit to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay. I can't wait to come back and experience it all over again.

Excellent location for walking to the best beach ever!
This lovely apartment is recently renovated with all the necessary kitchen equipment to have this be your home away from home. We prepared many meals here also using the brand new bbq. The owner Sarah responded immediately to all inquiries. This was the perfect spot to relax. Very safe and well kept property. We plan to bring our extended family here next time. Thank you Sarah!

Lovely stay in a great location
The villa was just as described. Sarah was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. She was communicative and immediately available when i had any questions. There were more than enough pool towels and bath towels provided, toiletries, and the basics in the kitchen. We didn't cook much, really just used the microwave and fridge. It was great that she had reusable icepacks as well which came in handy for the beach. She also had books and sand toys for kids which was great for us. They loved being hosed down outside after the beach (she had a bucket for sandy feet but they're 6 and 8 year old boys so it quickly turned into "outdoor showers please mom!"). We did not use the pool as it wasn't super clean / there was some debris but likely because it was a holiday weekend so no maintenance. The villa was within walking distance to the Atlantis, cabbage beach, a convenience store, liquor store, Dunkin donuts and a couple of locally owned restaurants. The only challenges we had was that it was a bit difficult to sleep in the room with the king bed because it was slightly wobbly if one person moved and a fair amount of light comes in despite the room darkening curtains (we sleep in dark dark because my husband has sensory issues so it may bother us more than the average person). Everything was tastefully decorated and clean. We would definitely return to her place - with an eye mask for the hubby! It was a great stay and we can't thank her enough for hosting us :)

Exactly as advertised!
Villa was super cute, clean and very close to Atlantis resort (about 7 minute walk). Area was very safe, well lit, and parking was a breeze. Sarah was immediately responsive when any question arose, and super helpful. If we return to the Bahamas, we would definitely stay here again. All bathroom amenities were included and high quality, there is safe, and the kitchen was a life saver. Cooking our own meals saved hundreds, even though the grocery store is pricey. If you're going to the Bahamas and want to frequent Atlantis without paying the resort fees, Sarah's villa is the place! Thank you so much!

Perfect place on paradise island
Excellent place on paradise island. Spacious, clean, and easy walking distance to everything you need on the island - cabbage beach, Atlantis, and the ferry terminal all within minutes. Sarah is a fantastic host. She provided a lot of great info, was super responsive, and went above and beyond by helping us manage an awkward time between us checking out of a hotel on new providence and checking into this rental. Can’t recommend enough.

This was our 10th mother/daughter trip and also my daughters birthday. This place was so beautiful that my daughter literally lived by the pool side. The home is nicely decorated and clean and has all the appliances I wish we had some more condiments like sugar, so we did not have to run out the first day to get supplies .Atlantis was in walking distance and so was Cabbage Beach. Things are quite expensive so make sure you budget.. Our hostess responded immediately to even minor issues.. Best vacation!

Magnificent Property and Host
Wonderful experience from the time we booked until time we left Sarah was a great host. The property did not disappoint and was exactly as described. The location was unbeatable! Our family of 5 enjoyed the short 10 minute walk to Atlantis for dinners and site seeing. The beach was magnificent and only 10 minutes from the condo. The turquoise and clear water was most inviting. The condo complex was super clean and we had everything we needed. The pool was just enough to provide some relief and relax when we were around the condo. Sarah provided tons of great info for us prior to stay, including restaurants, taxis, grocery stores, map of the island and much more. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, clean condo while visiting Paradise Island as a girls trip, family trip or just a 2 person getaway. Cant wait to go back!!!
