Bon emplacement , mais des désagréments.
Publié le 17 août 2014 sur HotelsTrès bon accueil, personnel efficace et très serviable. Nous étions 2 adultes et deux enfants. Nous avions une voiture(parking gratuit), ce qui est un gros avantage à New Providence. Malgré tout on rejoint facilement l'Atlantis à pied ainsi que les petits commerces pour touristes et restaurants.Grande chambre à l'étage avec salle de bain, placards. En bas cuisine équipée table et chaises, salle d'eau, petite terrasse. Par contre le canapé était hors d'usage, accolé au réfrigérateur. Donc valable pour deux personnes uniquement. Deux grandes TV qui ne fonctionnaient pas ...et pas d'internet contrairement au descriptif. Belle plage à coté, mais pour éviter d'être importuné toutes les deux minutes il faut aller 200m plus loin sur la droite. Autre désagrément l'odeur des scooters des mers qui passent à proximité toute la journée ...c'est rapidement écœurant. On a finalement préféré la piscine.

My family stayed for a week spread over three units. The folks in the office were extremely helpful... giving advice for food, helping us set up a boat rental, etc. There was live music often at Viola's.

--Good restaurant on site.
--Nice villas, Beautiful and very clean pools.
--private beach access with gate/code.
--On the beach you can get rides for Jet ski ride, parasailing, banana boat and snorkeling.
--Laundry on site.
--Security around to help us if we anything needed after hours.

I liked that my villa was directly in front of the pool, that the villa had a fenced courtyard. Access to the beach and the secondary pool was easy. The on site dinning option was fantastic. Everyone was friendly!

The grounds were clean and pool area was beautiful. The staff was contradicting each other on what amenities were available.The service was lacking and it seemed random people were walking around (possibly working women) making safety a concern. Not all staff was identifiable and rude. We left after two days of our five day reservation to find an alternate hotel due to an aggressive maintenance man who had been drinking. Will never stay here again, and will not advise anyone else to unless you have a black belt and feel comfortable utilizing your skills if needed.

Thank you so much for your review. We are saddened to hear that you did not enjoy your visit with us. Our property is the home of a restaurant that is utilized by persons from all over the island. However, it is safe to say we have no “working ladies” here at our hotel. Our property is completely secure as we have security officers’ onsite, coded gates & a state of the art security system along with constant police presence. It’s pretty safe to say that karate knowledge when booking is totally unnecessary. Sunrise Beach Villas has a few staff members that live on property and may not always be in uniform especially after working hours. Our staff is known for their friendly & helpful demeanor. For example, when you reported one of your guests missing our security staff rallied & searched until the individual was found. Beautiful beach, nice pools, excellent restaurent. Rooms could use some updating but were comfortable and large. Some of the staff are not very friendly.
