Hôtel familial et agréable.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble. Hôtel à proximité de la plage et de la rue principale. Animation quotidienne sympathique (enfants et adultes). Personnel agréable et aux petits soins. Le Spa est convenable aussi. Pour les piscines, elles ne sont pas chauffées. Pas évident pour les enfants en bas âge. Les chambres sont modernes et confortables.

Fantastic holiday. Beautiful room but our room was road and sea facing, with a nightclub next door which was very noisy until early hours. Other than that a great hotel

Expensive for the quality

Decent service and quality of the amenities but not worth the price. Also it was down as all inclusive however if you had less than three nights stay it was not possible to have all inclusive or uograde at the hotel.

Sleepless Nights and Privacy Breaches Ruined Our Stay. Rating: 2/5 My sister and I recently stayed at this all-inclusive hotel, expecting a relaxing vacation, but our experience was far from restful. Pros: Food: The food options were decent and satisfactory. Pools: The pools were clean and enjoyable. Cons: Noise Levels: The noise from surrounding bars was unbearable, with music blaring until 2 or 3 AM every night. Despite wearing ear plugs and noise-cancelling headphones, the noise was so intrusive that we couldn’t get any actual sleep. Room Brightness: While the main windows had blackout curtains, the bathroom did not, leading to the room being incredibly bright early in the morning and further disrupting our sleep. Privacy Breach: In a severe breach of privacy, an attendant delivered sandwiches we never ordered around 10 PM. After knocking and receiving no response, he let himself into our room without our permission. This was not only shocking but completely unacceptable. Despite being Platinum Expedia members, we did not receive any room upgrade. The lack of sleep due to noise and early morning brightness, combined with the invasion of our privacy, significantly ruined our vacation experience. I hope the hotel management addresses these serious issues to prevent future guests from having a similar experience.

Had we known about the sleepless nights you were experiencing, we would have certainly arranged a room change to a quieter location within our hotel. Our hotel is centrally located in Protaras, which means that nearby restaurants and bars can sometimes contribute to higher noise levels.We sincerely apologize for the incident where a staff member entered your room without permission. This is not in line with our standards, and we assure you that we are taking serious actions to prevent such occurrences in the future.Your feedback is important to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience should you choose to stay with us again.

Went with 18 family members of all different ages. The pool was fantastic for the younger children as it was of decent dephts. Food was nice but limitid and didnt always meet the childrens tastes and i would say if you are not adventurous with your foods then this may not be the hotel of choice for you. Hotel is based right on a busy lively strip so hotel entertainment was not wow but the kids liked it having a mini disco every night. The staff were freindly and approachable. Hotel was clean but our party did have different experiences with the rooms being cleaned. Some had rooms cleaned every day others only had them cleaned once they asked! For our holiday it was great and would deffintly bring the younger children again with the understanding that we would be going out for dinner on the strip. There were plenty of bars for food, with arcades. Kfc and mcdonalds aswell.
