We were very thankful for the air conditioning.
Easy to find and nice and quiet.
The master bedroom was nice and spacious.
The deck needs replacing and it looks like the host is replacing this now.

I loved this property for its sea views, and we had a very comfortable stay at kapiti coast. Also a quiet area.

Kapiti Island is a beautiful place to see in the morning and taking a stroll down memory lane along the beach..
Managers/Owners are very easy to communicate with and very accomodating.
As a person who grew up in the Kapiti Coast, this will be mine and my family's destination spot.
Hoping to beable to come back with whole family next time.....
Well worth the stay...
