OK hotel, will not return
Publié le 28 sept. 2023 sur HotelsUpon arrival the booked room was not available. After some discussion we got an upgrade so we could have the double bed instead of the twins that they had available (but had not booked).
Restaurant inside is big and rather uninviting.
Outside is nice, at the lake but service difficult to obtain. Most staff doesn't speak english.
We were there the weekend. Saturday they had some VIP party, resulting in total neglect of the other guests.
Evening/night was topped of with very loud music until 3am. When I complained I was told nothing could be done.

The place is beautiful, right next to lake toba. Unfortunately there’s so many things that should be upgraded.
The hotel stuff was amazing, always smiling and helpfull.

waktu checkin yang tertera di hotel adalah jam 14:00, waktu regis di blg kalau kamar sdh selesai di bersihkan akan di telpon, setelah 2jam ga ada telpon sama sekali. yg datang lebih sore sdh dpt kamar sedangkan kami blm dpt kamar. lapor ke receptionist, katanya 30menit, stlh 30menit saya tanya lagi, dia bilang 30 menit lagi.
akhirnya checkin jam 17:30 sore.
benar2 kacau administrasinya, ga ada kompensasi sama sekali.
yg ribut di kasih kamar duluan yg nunggu di bego begoin, parah benar

No 3 person option even if it shows on your option
Publié le 28 mars 2019 sur HotelsI booked & paid for 3 adults but during check-in, the reception said I need to be charged for 1 extra bed and also additional breakfast for 1 person. The hotel and this website should not allowed for 3 persons option at the first place if I need to pay extra for 1 more person. The fine print is not adequate.
