The cabins are perfectly rustic and full of charm, striking that ideal balance between authentic beachside simplicity and all the comforts you need. Everything was thoughtfully stocked and set up for a relaxing escape. It felt like we were stepping back to a simpler time, without sacrificing convenience. One of the best parts? It’s incredibly dog-friendly. Our pups had the time of their lives running along the beach just steps from our door, and we loved not having to leave them behind. Whether we were sipping coffee on the deck or watching the stars come out by the fire, every moment felt special. If you’re looking for an authentic coastal retreat with breathtaking views and a laid-back vibe, this is the spot. We’re already dreaming about our next visit."

"The house was just as advertised. Very clean with a spectacular view. The entire west side of the house to include the bedroom was all windows, allowing for a panoramic view of the bay with the ocean and the three arches rocks. The lot is spacious with very dog friendly and comfortable fenced area with grass, easily accessible and worry free. Access to Netarts Bay is right down the road very close with Schooners restaurant right there also. Beach access does leave something to be desired, but that house is built for the view. My family and I found plenty of access to the beach just a few minutes up the road in Oceanside and we had quite an adventure at tunnel Beach.The upstairs kids room is spacious, but don’t expect foosball tables or ping-pong tables for family time. They do have some board games and jigsaw puzzles. We brought our own card games and kept ourselves occupied during the rain.That is one of my new favorite houses on the coast And will definitely be going there again."

"We had originally come to the coast for hiking and whale watching but due to the cloudiness, we had to get creative. My husband, our puppy, and myself instead opted for clamming, renting tools from the Netarts Garden RV Park. Though mucky and chilly (and our lack of proper attire) we met so many kind and helpful locals, and we were able to harvest a few clams, cockles, and gapers. Though cleaning them was a quite intricate process, they all went very well in a beurre blanc sauce. The accommodations were very cozy and the view from the deck was beautiful. "

"We stayed here for a month in early 2025 and had a wonderful time in the area and at the cabin.Note: this cabin is over 50 years old and while it could use an update, you'll forget about that with the view. We have rented a lot of VRBO properties since the mid-2000s and this was one of the best stocked kitchens we have come across. Also, especially when you stay somewhere for an extended period, the furniture needs to be comfy. We loved the reclining loveseat, sofa and chair plus the beds. The owner was very responsive - she contacted us after a week to make sure everything was OK.We would stay here again.BTW - we are in our mid-70s and one of us had knee replacement surgery 5 months ago. Her knee was still stiff when we first arrived so she planned her trips up/down the somewhat steep and winding staircase but she could navigate like a pro towards the end of our time there."
