"This house is one of the best we have rented. It was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, plenty of rooms and bathrooms and the view was excellent. We were happy with the location as it was very quiet and easy to get around the Tacoma area. Emmy was very responsive as we only ran into one issue with the hot water heater not functioning correctly. She was able to fix that issue remotely although we did have it happen again the next day. I would definitely recommend staying at this home as we enjoyed our time here."

"Andrew was very easy to communicate with and always very accommodating. His home is VERY clean, comfortable and decorated very nicely. For a smaller home there is great use of the space. It never felt small. He has everything you could possible want stocked in the home. My only suggestion would be to change the description of the beds from twin size to the size that they are which is full size beds. I would hate for people to pass on renting this beautiful home because of the bed size when it actually has two full size beds and a sleeper couch.
