The facility’s and location was good
Menu very limited but good quality
Room adequate
Bed uncomfortable and not maid well
Also no change of towels on a daily basis

Dear Marc,Thank you for taking the time to share your experience we are pleased that you enjoyed our resort and the quality of our breakfast. However, we are sorry to hear that the bed did not live up to your expectations. The comfort of our guests is one of many priorities for us. Regarding the bathroom set generally for our environmentally friendly policy we make the change every 4 days. However, if the guest requests it we change them earlier. Best Regards

Veramente una struttura ottima. Camere pulite, ottima colazione, piscina super, posizione incantevole, spiaggia privata di rocce con acqua limpida. Facile accesso alla spiaggia di Michelino e vicinissima a Tropea. Consigliata.

Overall the infrastrcture was good, but lacking in details such as in room tea/coffee facilities, towel rails, table & chairs, iron. Also sun protection for balconies & over pool. Staff were helpful & mostly lovely, friendly.

Tutto benissimo e perfetto, personale gentilissimo. Siamo rimasti una settimana con un cucciolo di cane (un terremoto) e devo dire che non hanno battuto ciglio.

It was a nice location. But no great acces to the sea and very limited choices for restaurants and food. Also lots of aunts in room and surroundings.

Dear Santo, we are glad that you appreciated our location overlooking the sea. In addition to our private beach, we offer 2 nearby affiliated sandy beaches. Our restaurant offers meat and fish menus every day for lunch and dinner in order to satisfy the different requests of our guests. Great property, modern, clean with very helpful and friendly staff. Stay here is you have a car as taxis are not available most of the time.
Breakfast was excellent, dinner was good. Not a lot of other food option’s nearby except for the pizza place a short walk towards town and a right run towards the water.

Personale cordiale e gentilissimo ma struttura da aggiornare, spazi comuni ok all'aperto, inesistenti al coperto. Assenza ascensore inammissibile in un pluripiano. Parco-piscina-caletta bellissimi e ben tenuti. Servizi in camera scarsi, asciugamani non cambiati quando non mancanti, letti mal fatti, carenza amenities, nemmeno le pantofole. Ristorante modesto. Colazione accettabile. Per un 4* si può fare molto meglio.

Gentile Piercarlo,la ringraziamo per il tempo dedicato al suo feedback.Siamo lieti che abbia apprezzato i nostri servizi,Ci rammarica sapere che la pulizia giornaliera della camera non sia stata di suo gradimento, nonostante sia uno dei nostri punti di forza, gli asciugamani per una nostra politica "eco sostenibile" vengono sostituite su richiesta ogni qual volta gli Ospiti lo ritengano necessario. Per quanto riguarda l'ascensore è vero che non ce l'abbiamo, ma, mettiamo a disposizione degli ospiti una golf car per accompagnarli all'interno della nostra struttura. Ci auguriamo di averla nostro ospite, ed intrattenerci nuovamente per una piacevole chiacchierata sulle bellezze della Costa degli Dei.Cordiali SalutiFront Office Infinity Resort
