Rooms do not have mini fridge or even ice/icebucket. You won't think that the champagne capital of the world would have some way of chilling wine/champagne or even water. Rooms have poor lighting, the bathrooms are so dark . Staff not very friendly or accomodating. Heating and or a/c is turned on at front desk which was strange. Not sure how they got a 3 star rating

Not impressed
Posted Sep. 19, 2024 on HotelsOur room was the smallest room we've ever stayed in. You couldn't even open a large suitcase unless it was on the bed. The shower doesnt have a door or curtain and the wall doesn't go far enough so water gets on the floor. I made an expensive purchase and had it sent to the hotel. When i arrived it was sitting next to the desk. I just picked it up and the lady just smiled at me. No questions asked. Anyone could've taken it. It was very disappointing and unfortunately we will not return, nor do we recommend.

Just OK
Posted Sep. 17, 2024 on HotelsHotel is in a good spot. Room was fairly comfortable. Received a phone call after going to bed the first night wanting to know my name and room number. Friends that were with us had someone walk into the room on the first night. They also received a phone call, demanding their names. That wasn’t pleasant. Tried to talk to staff in the morning about it, and it got kind of brushed off

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean, well appointed rooms. Modern ambience and spacious. Bathroom was a little on the small size when comparing to North American bathrooms but was well laid out and suited our needs just fine.

Overall wonderful stay. Great neighbourhood a little far from major tourist area but metro was convenient.

I liked the hotel. Close to a metro and on Wednesday and friday tge nearby park has an ipwn market. Fres food, cheese,bread, meets, and crafts.

Front desk staff was so helpful, particularly when my sister had her passport and wallet stolen on the metro. Went above and beyond to help us!
