Appartement de charme,70 m2 , hyper calme, dans un immeuble Haussmannien de 1907, situé dans une jolie avenue privée du 16 è arrondissement de Paris au second étage avec ascenseur.
Le métro RANELAGH est à 200 mètres.
L'accès est très sécurisé, il y a 2 codes plus une troisième porte avec un badge pour arriver à l'appartement et seuls les résidents peuvent entrer dans l'avenue des chalets.
L'appartement se situe dans un immeuble Haussmanien construit en 1907.
l'appartement dispose de l'air conditionné.
Il est composé de 2 belles chambres, d'un salon , d'une cuisine et d'une salle de bain .Les wc sont à part .
Confortable et calme , aucun bruit de la rue, c'est un appartement familial, mon père est né ici et a planté l'arbre devant la fenêtre !
Boulangerie, fromager, marchand de vin, boucher, traiteur et restaurant , bar à 200 mètres , dans l'avenue Mozart.
Métro Ranelagh à 2 minutes à pied de l'appartement
Tour Eiffel 20 mn à pied - Rue de Passy et son marché 5 mn à pied
RER station Boullainviliers 5 mn à pied
Bois de Boulogne 5 mn à pied

A savoir :
- Pour les réservations de plus de 15 jours, 3 heures de ménage professionnel sont obligatoires une fois par semaine (gratuitement, hors linge de maison) .

Bel appartement au calme et décoré avec goût tel que vu sur les photos. Les lits sont confortables et la literie de qualité. Salle de douche très moderne. Cuisine lilipucienne…mais très bien équipée. Le métro Ranelagh est à deux pas. Accueil courtois et surtout sans nous faire attendre. Le métro Ranelagh à deux pas.

The door is hard to open and the lock is broken
The housekeeper did a good job. I appreciate it. However, the entrance and toilet doors were difficult to open, and one of the keys was not working. Also, this is not the problem of the accommodation, but the Japanese version of Vrbo's website did not state the check-in policy, for example, that 60€ is required after 7pm. If I had known, I would have arranged for an earlier flight, but it was an unnecessary expense, which was disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It is exactly as described and presented in the pictures. We loved the location that is so close to metro, bakery and restaurants. We learned that our grandmother was raised on the same street three blocks away and where she went to school. I didn’t know this before booking apartment. I will definitely rent here again upon next visit to Paris.

Super safe neighborhood and building. Location was wonderful. 1 block away from Metro, bakery, cheese, butcher, chocolatier, & grocery. Having the toilet separate from the shower/sink was a plus since there were 3 of us. Always had hot water and water pressure was great. Apartment had A/C (uncommon in Europe) which was a big plus but it was only in the central living room area. Had a washer but no dryer. It did have a large drying rack. Would have been nice to have extra towels since we stayed for 9 days. Elevator was not working when we were there and no one came to fix it. Word to the wise, pack light in case you have to carry your luggage upstairs. Apartment is on the 2nd floor but in Europe, the bottom floor is "0." So by U.S. standards, the apartment is on the 3rd floor.

Wonderful Apt in the 16th
Communication with the property manager was great. We were greeted when we arrived and shown the property and all it had to offer. The apartment was clean and classic Parisian. The location was great. Steps away from the metro and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. This was our 3rd time in Paris and the best stay of them all.

Lovely layout and decor, true Parisian chic in a fan location. A basic kitchen but good for breakfasts and post-theatre champagne and snacks to be enjoyed in the welcoming salon. Wonderful local host who greeted us very warmly, provided helpful tips and assistance and excellent communication from beginning to end.

Fantastic!
We couldn't have loved it more! Charming apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. We felt very safe and loved the area. You go through 2 locked gates from the street and the building has a access code as well. Gaelle was very helpful upon arrival. The apartment is just as pictured! Beds were comfortable and shower was great.

Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, kitchen was great to have and bathroom was newer and spacious. Shower was hot and nice, sinks were large and there were two of them. Living room/dining area was lovely. We especially loved the neighborhood. It felt like home. Me and my niece were there for 6 nights. Perfect place to be.. near the metro. Great to have two rooms too!

Another Perfect Stay
Another perfect stay in this lovely apartment and neighborhood. Everything from my previous review is still applicable. I've rented apartments before in various locations including Paris, but none have felt more like home to me than this one. I could happily move in and live out the rest of my days here. Because I have spent a substantial amount of time in this apartment, I do want to address a few of the concerns mentioned by other reviewers that I find to be confusing. Someone mentioned that there was a problem with the shower room doors and other windows not working. This is not true. All doors and windows work perfectly. Some have mentioned that there is no place to hang clothes in the main bedroom. This is true, however, the second bedroom has large closets and is not that far away, so I do not understand why this would be a problem. Even if traveling with others, you can share, yes? There is an antique dresser in the main bedroom with two large drawers, so unless you have a very large group, I'm not sure why that would not be large enough and in the second bedroom, there are shelves in the closets to store items. The kitchen is small, but has everything you likely need unless you are planning on cooking very large gourmet meals. And for my fellow Americans, the toilet room is separate from the room with the sinks and shower. This is normal for Europe, so please do not expect the same layout that you would have at home and enjoy a new experience!

This apartment is in the 16th and very Parisien in style and appearance. It has tall windows, crown moulding, faux fireplaces in both the common room and second bedroom. The common space was a nice size to hang out in for our family of four adults. It is very close to metro, boulangerie, fromagerie, boucherie, produce market, flower market, and small grocery store. The neighborhood is lovely with old buildings (lots of consulates) and a great park a short walk away with a big playground for kids. The kitchen is fully equipped, but has no counter space whatsoever. The bathroom has duel sinks and a console underneath with usable drawers, but it was a tight space. There are two closets in the second bedroom--none in the main bedroom and not much in the way of drawers (a small antique bureau in the main bedroom), so unpacking our suitcases was a bit of an issue for us, but we made it work. The apartment is on the second floor of a building with an elevator. On the whole I'd say it was a good situation for us.
