À 3 min à pied du métro 3 qui dessert beaucoup de stations avec des changements pour les correspondances très pratiques pour aller partout dans la capitale . Quartier vivant avec pleins de commerces ouverts jusqu'à tard le soir. Maman avec un enfant j'étais tranquille même en rentrant tard le soir.
L'appartement est super fonctionnel et bien équipé.
Pour ma part le seul bémol est l'odeur d'humidité quand on rentre dû certainement au fait que l'immeuble est ancien et la douche qui déverse l'eau dans la pièce à vivre si le jet est trop fort.
Si je devais repartir sur Paris je re séjournerai dans cet appartement.
Le propriétaire est disponible et réactif à la remise des clés.

Clean, safe, affordable option in Paris

The neighborhood was calm but did have many fun restaurants, bars and boulangeries throughout. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Lovely apartment and neighborhood!
Publié le 2 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayI stayed, solo, for 2 weeks and couldn't be more pleased with the apartment, and the neighborhood is lively (in a good way - not too loud or anything)! Hosts were very responsive and supportive. Other reviews about the loft ladder being a bit challenging are accurate, but I'm very tall and in late middle age, and had no problem navigating it. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice neighborhood easy metro access
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HomeAwayAlthough it is small apartment has everything you need. The landlords were responsive and helpful. The AC worked well. The loft got very hot but cooled down quickly with the fan and opening the window. The ladder to the loft needs a railing. There is nothing to hold onto to get down. Neighborhood is great with easy access to several metros.

Great Communication
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe communication was quick and precise, the check in process was on time. The place was very cute, but as my partner and I are very tall, it was a little difficult to get around. They were also very accommodating when we had to cut the stay short. Thank you!
