Excellent location, great welcome, lovely experience
My mom and I stayed at this lovely studio to see a few art shows in Paris. The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect for a Rive Gauche experience - we stepped out of the apartment and found great restaurants right outside the door. We walked everywhere and were able pop back in to drop off goods and take a breather. The studio itself is very clean and comfortable - both the bed and fold-out bed were comfortable and clean. We slept great! The kitchen is well-appointed, although we didn't cook during our stay since there are so many great places to eat within immediate surroundings. Our arrival was seamless - we texted with the person welcoming us before our arrival and were greeted on at the entrance to the building and provided with clear, thorough instructions for enjoying our stay in the studio. I look forward to staying here again!

Accès facile, au cœur de Paris. Environnement agréable, calme, peu de bruit. Nous avons seulement eu à déplorer, avec regrets, que l'écoulement du lavabo soit défectueux, et des taches sur la couette du convertible ! Il aurait été agréable que les recommandations données en anglais, le soient aussi en français.

Great place for location
Enjoyed the location (we could handle the stairs). Space is small but we had packed light and could manage. Communication was excellent and questions answered. My only issue was the Washer Dryer listed…there is access to these down the street but not at the apartment.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay. The location couldn’t have been more perfect for us. Everything you need is just blocks away. So many great restaurants right next door and the metro is less than a block away. The studio had everything we needed for our stay and check and out was a breeze. Apartment is 7 ft wide, enough for comfortable sleeper sofa. Up to lift bed by very narrow stairs. 3 ft headroom. Can’t stand up. In Europe first floor is ground floor and our second is their first. This apartment on US third floor narrow winding staircase ( quaint to the max)

The apartment was cozy and comfortable in the perfect area of town for experiencing life in Paris. Right next to a number of cafes and shopping, and the metro is a block away so you can get anywhere in easily. The host was responsive and helpful. Great spot to stay in Paris!

Great location
Excellent location, close to metro station and lots of restaurants/shops within walking distance. Place was small, so no more than two people can fit comfortably. Did have some trouble getting in contact with individual to assist with check in (was not immediately responsive), however property owner was very prompt in helping us get checked in (and allowing us to store our luggage prior to check in). Don’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues. Flat is located on second floor, no elevators, and stairs can be different cult (not to mention the steps to access the bed). Very lovely flat and enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay. We knew it was a small place before arriving but also knew we wouldn’t be spending a lot of time at the property. Odeon metro station is very close and there are some wonderful restaurants in the area.

Location, Location, Location!!
This is in a fantastic neighborhood! It gets noisy late at night on the weekends from the restaurants, but the location is worth it. 2 flights of stairs, but my 81 year old mom had no problems. There is an Epic grocery store a 5 minute walk away that had everything we needed.

Perfect location in the latin quarter of paris. Close (walking distance) to Odeon station and many patisseries, restaurants and cafes. Laundromat very close as well. Apartment was small and cosy but perfect for our family of three and had all the amenities we needed.

Location is amazing! On a cute side street yet close to several cafes, restaurants, shopping and the metro. The apartment is exactly like the pictures and what you would expect in a Paris apartment. The steps to the apartment are steep, but the beds were comfortable. We are a family of three so it was cozy, but it worked. Michelle is very responsive prior to your arrival and available during your stay if something arises. Would recommend.

Perfect Retreat for Two
My teenage daughter and I had a wonderful week-long retreat staying in this perfectly located apartment. We were greeted so warmly, and knew that our hosts would always be available to us should we need them. Safe, vibrant and central location. Around the corner from Metro line Odeon. Wonderful!

Es hatte alles super geklappt gehabt. Von der Buchung an bei FeWo.de bis zur Abreise. Super, super Lage, genau im Herzen von Paris. Die Ferienwohnung ist zwar klein aber für uns vollkommene in Ordnung gewesen. Wir waren sowieso nur zum Schlafen und Frühstück da. Super Anbindung an metro und bus. Sehr sauber gewesen die FeWo und super Kommunikation mit Michelle und Susann. Es war ein unvergessliches Ereignis. Wenn wir wieder nach Paris kommen, buchen wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier. The apartment is on the 2me etage with a difficult staircase access. The apartment is advertised as equipped with a washing machine. However, there is no washing machine and only one concierge laundry is allowed. Not likely to use this apartment again despite its good location.
