Weekend Conference trip
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsI was quite disappointed this time staying here. We stayed at Comfort Inn in Paris Tx in 2023, visiting for a Women's Conference, and loved it. That's why I insisted on staying at this hotel again for the same Women's Conference in 2024
First off i will say the room was comfortable, and clean. The Breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly, but This time BOTH of their Ice machines, on 1st and 3rd floors were down, NO ICE. Then at breakfast, the waffle machine was "out of order".
I know sometimes things break, I get that, but when their 2 ice machines, are both out at the same time, and a waffle maker, that is easily enough replaced, is not working, all at the same time, it appears the hotel is declining from what it was.

The staff was kind and helpful. The bed was great, I slept like a log! Would recommend and stay again next time I am in Paris!
