L'emplacement est idéal, dans un quartier central, animé, avec plein de cafés et de petits restaurants délicieux et à 5 minutes des quais de Seine. L'appartement est parfait : grand, lumineux et très bien agencé. La vue sur la cathédrale Notre-dame de Paris et les toits du quartier est superbe. C'est rare d'avoir une telle sensation d'espace dans une location à Paris !

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, und sehr sauber.Für 2 Personen ideal. Die Wendeltreppe in den 5. Stock ein echtes Abenteuer. Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Stadtaufenthalt in Paris und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Notre Dame entfernt.

Perfect spot to explore Paris
This is a charming, well-equipped studio with a really lovely view towards Notre Dame, which is in walking distance. In the middle of the Quartier Latin, so plenty of bars, restaurants and amenities. 10 mins on foot from Luxembourg, major public transportation hub. Excellent large double bed; small kitchen, good for simple meals, coffee machine (capsules) and dish washer. Spacious bathroom. Wifi worked very well. Three small notes: the staircase is steep and narrow (it's also beautiful), lugging your suitcase up to the fifth floor requires quite some effort; the bars downstairs can be a bit noisy in the evening (but that's part of the Quartier); and there's a ventilation fan in the kitchen that sometimes switches on at night. As someone who stays in Paris quite often, however, I find this place excellent value for money in terms of space, location, comfort and atmosphere.

Excellent home base for Paris Adventure
We are from the USA and this apartment was a superb location for wandering the Seine river. From the hill of the Pantheon to Notre Dame, Pompidou and D'Orsay, walking was easy. It was only a quick Uber or taxi to the Eiffel tower. With luggage, traveling from the Gare du Nord was best by taxi. With light liggage, metro would be just fine to get to the apartment. The restaurants below the apartment were super fun. It is a young, college crowd, (me and my wife are 40), but the wine bar, Les Pipos was the best. The owner let us buy wine there each night to take up to the apartment. He even gave us wine glasses. I recommend Les Pipos for the wine selection and small bites of food. We had a great time here, and we would book this aparment again when we come back to Paris.

Beautiful studio in a student quarter with view of Notre Dame
This was a beautiful and lively location with lots of small merchants nearby. Underneath studio are a couple of restaurant/bars filled with students. You are near St Germain de Pres, le Pantheon, metro stations, 10 minute walk to la Seine et Notre Dame. The owner is lovely and super flexible. Communication was quick. I would come back! The studio was clean and well-lit. Keep in mind it’s on the 4-5th story so a small struggle of windy stairs to get to top. No elevators. Overall, had a lovely experience that Superseded my expectations!!

Perfect Studio Apt if you like Stairs
This is a great little studio apartment within walking distance to the Metro, Notre Dame and Latin Q shops and restaurants. Get ready for the stairs that take you to this top floor studio. There are a lot of steps which are small, crooked and unlevel which made carrying our bags a challenge. My wife & I couldn't stop laughing as it felt like we were on a ride at Disney. However, we found that after a few glasses of wine, the steps evened out and there weren't as many! The small restaurants in the square below the apt. were absolutely packed every night and they stay open until 2:00AM. The good news is the apt is very quiet and there was no noise coming up from the square. The check-in and check-out documents were VERY clear and the folks who manage this apartment were excellent throughout the process. Highly recommend this location if you're not afraid of stairs and want to work off the fabulous French cuisine at the end of your day.

We enjoyed this spacious, light-filled loft in a vibrant part of the Latin quarter. Early morning runs along the Quais. Museums, galleries and churches, and superb restaurants all within easy walking distance. Lovely!

We enjoyed staying at Cozy 5. It was just as described. Most places we visited was in walking distance and there was plenty of places to eat close to Cozy 5. The stairs going up are a little difficult, especially with luggage. We are 54 and did not have a problem, but someone much older might find it difficult.

Great location walking distance to the highlights off the left bank. Local dining less touristy nearby with everything you need within a short walk. Stairs are challenging with large bags and would not recommend for physically challenged folks. Location worth the climb!

We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights with our two teen age children. The location is great, a view of Notre Dame and the sound of buzzing lively cafes below. Luxurious renovated bathroom, open windows for a cool cross breeze. Small kitchen useful for snacks and breakfast only. Tough windy staircase, be prepared! Shared Laundry available at the bottom of stairs. Great restaurants especially if you walk further up Rue Descartes! Thank you for offering this rental!

A lovely perch above the Latin Quarter
This apartment is lovely. We found it to be clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom well laid out with a separate WC. The kitchenette is perfect for a flat this size - we didn't cook since the food is so good in Paris. But I did use the mini fridge and the tea pot daily. The windows open easily to allow for a nice cross breeze through the apartment. The view is wonderful as well - you're looking out towards the Seine River and Notre Dame Cathedral. The neighborhood is adorable and there are literally restaurants right outside the entrance. In the evenings the places were all buzzing in the area with a young crowd. With the windows closed, it was pretty quiet even with the buzz outside. I loved that the Pantheon was just steps away from the apartment. From in front of the Pantheon the Eiffel Tower is in view - we walked out a couple of nights on the hour to see the sparkling lights on the tower. There was also a Metro line just a few blocks away. The only potential downside is the 5 story stairway - it's quite steep and narrow. When I put 'perch' in the title, that is what I was referring to - it's almost like a birdhouse up a 5 stories tree. We had pretty large bags as we were traveling from the states and just got off a cruise as well. It wasn't easy getting large bags up and down, but it's doable. I would stay here again for sure, but bring smaller bags. If want a real feel for the area, absolutely stay here.

Perfect in every way!!!
This property is exactly as described and overlooks one of the most quaint squares in the Latin Quarter I’ve ever visited!!! The bathroom is fabulous and the host made each side of the couch up into beds so that our family of 4 slept perfectly: 2 in the bed and 2 on the couch benches, which were amazingly comfortable. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of locals chatting and frolicking below and waking up to the bells Notre Dame, which is easily visible from the window in this quaint flat. It’s about a 5-10 min walk to various Metro stops, but we easily walked to Notre Dame, La Louvre, along the Seine, and even to the Champs-Elysées! What a wonderful stay. Please note that, as the owner mentioned, this flat is on the top floor of a walk-up building. That’s 5 floors of very narrow, spiral stairs, so be prepared. Thank you for making our trip to Paris as dreamy as Paris should be!

Neighborhood little traffic. Normal city noise from the Cafes. Stairs are narrow. Property Manager has multiple units in the building so get a lower floor if the stairs are an issue. I would stay again for sure.

Cosy 5 is very cosy!
It had a wonderful view and comfortable king size bed. The 92 steps may be more difficult with heavier/larger suitcases or people with bad knees. Location was great--many restaurants and sites very close. Room was very quiet even with activity below our windows.

Quaint wonderful building with five floors. We stayed on the fifth floor at the very top. The apartment was just lovely, well lit and spacious enough for two people. The space was well equipped with all that one could possibly need for a stay. Climbing up to the fifth floor with luggage was challenging and quite a workout. However, this would not deter us from staying again...we would just pack a little lighter. Thankfully, my husband and I are in good shape and were able to manage. Loved our stay and would stay again in the future. Thanks for a beautiful stay in Paris.
