Bruno was amazinly helpful and fiendly. The restaurant was perfect for choice, price and taste. The rooms are a little small.

This hotel disappointed. Room wasn’t as clean as you would want, stains on bathroom floor around the toilet that hadn’t been mopped up. Breakfast was expensive for what it was - 30€ so getting close to 5* prices. Service attitude was perfunctory. I would recommend spending a bit more money to stay at a high caliber hotel. I picked this to be close to Montparnasse, and didn’t stay at my usual Le Grand Intercon. Bad move. False economy.

Good location but not comfort.

I was assigned a room at the first floor. All rooms for the hotel is facing the main road, so a bit noisy. Mine even worst to have 2 big rubbish bins and a public toilet, very bad shell. The noise insulation between room to room is bad. I woke up in the early morning by people taking bath next room.

My room was brand new. The bathroom was fabulous: enormous shower with 2 options (handheld and large rain shower head), slate floor, beautiful teal tiles, nice sized sink (no place to put the soap though), toiletries, toilet seat that closed quietly. The mattress was very comfortable, and the best part of all was the outlet wall since my adapter did not accommodate my new hair styling tool. There were 3 outlets so I was able to use the tool. Fabulous place; would return no doubt!

Great spot for everything you need.

The staff were accommodating, very friendly. The hotel was very clean. The TV didn't work upon arrival, but after telling the receptionist, they sorted it out whilst we were out exploring the city so we were not bothered. I wouldn't recommend getting any of the room packages they offer. My wife and I went there for our anniversary, so for 35 euros and they put up 6 balloons, and gave us 3 chocolates. They refunded me when I complained which was nice, but it seems like the extras are not very well thought out. The breakfast was ok for 15 euros per person per night. It's a great location. Easy 45 min walk to all of the main tourist attractions. The metro is a minute walk away too which is handy getting to and from the airport. Great Japanese restaurant nearby called Kampai (7 mins walk away from the hotel). Great Korean restaurant nearby called Jjin (6 mins walk away from the hotel).

It was fantastic. Great location for walking adventures or catching the metro (four lines within a few mins walk). Bed and bathroom are two things I care about and both were excellent. Train station very close if you want a hub for broader regional exploration. I have traveled the globe from 1 star to 5 stars and this hotel exceeded all expectations.

I came from southern France on the TGV and this hotel was across the street from Mount Parnasse station so very convenient. It's fun and inexpensive and very convenient. People quite nice. Would definitely use it again.

Poor customer service

Poor experience and terrible customer service. Was contacted by the hotel via hotels.com in advance advising the air conditioning had broken but that they would give 20% off the room rate. I still had time to cancel and change hotels at that point but I kept it due to the discount offered. On arrival I was told that although the acknowledged they had promised a discount, that was a lie and they would not provide it. No concern whatsoever from the desk staff, no effort made to fix it, no apology, just generally poor service. Room and view were dingy and dark and do not match their photos online. Eiffel Tower view was actually only seen by sticking your neck out of the window. The hotel actually faces an ugly tower building.

Noisy room with an unattractive main view

I was on the seventh floor and heard people on the street level talk. Paid for Eiffel Prestige and got a main view of an unattractive Montparnasse Tower though the hotel said that our room offers a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower
