Good price, good location for shops and exploring Paris. Very clean with comfy beds, great shower and a good varied buffet breakfast. It is a small hotel in a beautiful tall and narrow old building. It has crazy decor. serviceable metal furniture and all worked just fine.
A good spot for the budget-conscious explorer. It’s basic, no easy chairs, kettle or fridge in rooms and eating in rooms is not allowed, and no cafe on site but lots of good eateries, cafes and small supermarkets are very close by .
On the ground floor there are common rooms with coin operated drinks machines, board games, books etc so you could bring and eat own food . Granny and 4 dogs were often dozing in the foyer, sleeping or supervising, just added to the fun.
Good value, memorable and very French!
