Mushroom growing in the bathroom. Rooms too small. Hotel pretty old. Area is little sketchy.

The nicest, most helpful staff!!
They ordered taxis, gave directions, told us about attractions.

Everything was lovely, i do recommend. :)
Only problem i can say is, I sadly had an issue with a room change and had to ask 3 diffrent people (one of them a woman with a terrible attitude) until the 4th guy in the desk which saw me struggling with her and was extremely lovely and helped fix everything for me. thankful for h

The hotel could benefit from a renovation - amazing location and dining options, however, the rooms are small and dated with carpet flooring.

Easy access to train, shopping, Eiffel Tower, etc, etc. staff was always friendly and helpful.
Only downside is it’s an older elevator design so the car is limited to about 4-people with luggage.
Rooftop bar is a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing

Staff was awesome and great location. Hotel can use a refresh. Carpet and paint in rooms are outdated.
