We got a recently renovated room, it was great. The AC didn’t work in the first night though, but they were able to fix it in the next day. Would stay there again.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The property could be cleaner, but I found it to be super family-friendly and in a prime location, close to the metro and various tourist attractions.

BUGS
Posted Jul. 20, 2024 on HotelsImmediately upon arriving there was a bug crawling across the bed (bed bug/punaise de lit??). The hotel is filthy and looks nothing like the photos. I think they are planning a renovation and are showing the computer-generated photos of the renovation online instead of what it currently looks like, which is deceiving. After seeing the bug, we didn't even unpack and immediately left, because we didn't want to take our chances with a potential bed bug, as bringing home bed bugs is a costly nightmare. No refund was given to us and the staff were not kind or helpful.

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to share about your experience in last May. We are really sorry about your feelings but I can assure you we do not have any bedbugs in our hotel. Our cleaning team went to your room and did not notice anything wrong. Even then, we propose you to change the room, for a renovated one but you did not want. We are sorry again we could not reach your expectation. Kind regards

Wonderful stay. Highly recommend. Very quiet, lovely doors into courtyard that can be pinned back. Great breakfast, good value. Good location, 10 mins walk from Port Royal train station. Vavin for bus, very good transport. 45 mins walk to Eiffel very easy. 25 mins into city/Notre Dam. 24 hour reception. Beds comfy. Deluxe double can be made into twin. Pillows very good!!
