Booked the family room. Plenty of space in the room. Clean but needed some fixes to the room e.g. the shower clip to hold the hose. Ideal location for the trains between terminals. Good breakfast

This hotel served its purpose perfectly for us. We wanted somewhere cheap and convenient to stay for a couple of nights while we visited Paris and Disneyland with our six year old. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and up-to-date decor. We also noted the complete lack of any noise during our stay in peak season. The pizza we ordered from the restaurant in the lobby was good and the coffee shop adjacent was also great for a quick snack before setting off in the morning. Being right at the airport it’s very easy to get to and from on public transport. The only complaint would be the shower head which we pretty much had to hold the entire time we were using it as the clamp was broken and it wouldn’t stay in position. Had we been staying longer we might have brought this up and changed rooms. The accommodation was otherwise excellent. The rooms are basic with no fridge or coffee facilities, but that suited our needs just fine. We’d definitely stay here again if we return to Paris on a similar trip. As a side note, travel to Disneyland is about 45min by taxi (around 90 euros each way) or around 90 min by public transport. It turns out the high speed train we’d hoped to catch from the airport to Disneyland is virtually never available. We hadn’t accounted for this when planning our trip so the journey ended up being significantly longer and more expensive.

We aren't picky, but the rooms could've been cleaner. Convenient if you need to take flights late night or early morning. Room smelled of humidity. Look elsewhere for the price. Would not return.

I didn't like the smell of sewage in my room. The place should be reported to the Paris authorities. Staff were incompetent & could not have cared less. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

I was so impressed with the responsiveness to my email queries that I sent prior to arriving. They made it so that I felt very comfortable travelling on my own. As well, the convenient location at terminal 3 and right at the train to Paris - I could not have asked for a better place as a quick stop over. I would definitely stay there again!

Very convenient, clean and safe, walkable from airport. Staff are super helpful and nice. Wifi and TV with no gimmicks. But … I didn’t like the food at La Terrasse (very average). Room 223 bathroom had brown splashed spots on the wall near toilet. I also did not like the bedding material that much, probably synthetic. Doesn’t breathe. One sweats too much in it.
