The staff and the property were excellent for the hotel but I was disappointed the way me and my wife were treated at the cafe during breakfast. We were given the very uncomfortable places to sit both times... When we asked for a better table, we were told someone else is coming there. We sat on our table for 45 mins and no one came on the seats we requested. Felt very discriminated b/c we werent french or frech speaking and/or american. Pls take this feedback as an opportunity to make your oversees and non-french guests with more care. I am none of this was intentional but it felt that way. Thank You for the opportunity to share my feedback.

This is our favorite hotel in Paris. It is a luxurious, grand hotel, close to the Opera, with superb dining options at the Café de la Paix. The staff members are all extremely helpful, and kind.

The rooms are a little small and the shower felt like the shower in a three star hotel it high aa high extended tub that made it difficult and a little bit scary to climb in and out of the shower. Besides the size of the room and the quality of the bathroom. Everything else was five star, both in terms of the common areas as well as the staff and service levels throughout.

Room lightning system did not work properly at first . Could not turn on bathroom room light or bedside side lamp if the overall room switch was off ( important when going to the bed trying to sleep). The hair dryer did not function properly and needed calls to fix twice. Overall room was small for amount of cost felt more like ordinary 3 star room rather than 4/5 star level
