We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Coupvray, at only 5 min by car of Disneyland Paris, this charming apartment of a surface of 57 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travelers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room, an open equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 100 m² completed during summer 2022. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with smart TV, convertible sofa (double), convertible sofa (single) and dining area that can accommodate up to 8 guests.
- An open kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, induction cooker, extractor hood, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190), a single bed and storage space.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and storage space.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- A 3 m² stoop accessible from the living room and bedroom 2 by which to reach the garden.
- A garden completed during the summer of 2022 to enjoy the beautiful days with furniture at disposal.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, dryer, hair dryer.

The apartment is ideally located in Coupvray, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
