Luxury 1BR steps away from Champs Elysees

This fully equipped one bedroom apartment is a block away from the Champs Elysees closed to the Franklin Roosevelt metro station. It is located at the first level (second American) of a XIX century building with only courtyard views and therefore is quiet. The building is very secure and has an elevator.

The one bedroom consists of a living room with a couch sleeping two and a table for four , a bedroom with king size bed ( 180 * 200 cm or 72 * 80 inches ), a bathroom with large shower, toilets, basin, a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/drier and a walk in closet.

The apartment comes with free WI-Fi and free cable TV.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than ten minutes) to the Champs Elysees ( exactly 4 minutes) , Grand Palais, Tuileries Gardens, rue du Faubourd Saint Honore, Avenue Montaigne, Elysees Presidential Palace or Madeleine/Opera. It is a lovely walk (less than 30 minutes) or a short direct metro ride (less than 5 minutes) to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre. Franklin Roosevelt, the nearest metro station is on line 1 and 9.

The area is very safe. This is where most of the four stars hotels of Paris are located. There is a wide range of restaurants and a number of supermarkets in the immediate neighborhood

Appartement très spacieux
Un très bel et spacieux appartement dans le 8ieme. Un appartement très tranquille malgré le tumulte des Champs-Élisées tout près. L'appartement est lumineux, avec une belle cour intérieure (typique de Paris), bien entretenu, propre et distingué. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement pour les gens qui désirent être près de ce centre touristique de Paris: vous serez complés

Appartement très bien situé avec possibilité de visiter Paris dans de très bonne conditions. Bon séjour. Seuls bémols, l'isolation phonique des fenêtres et le lampadaire qui éclaire la chambre chaque fois qu'il est actionné de l'extérieur.

Tough to beat this location, basically a 2 minute walk to endless restaurants and shops. The apartment sits in a quite courtyard was very spacious for paris standards and had everything you needed even a waher/dryer combo that we could actually figure out. The host was great, met us to answer any questions and even allowed us to drop our bags early in the day. Couldnt have asked for more.

The place is perfect for two if you want to be near many of the main attractions in the 8th and 9th arrondissements. The bathroom is a bit small but has been completely updated. There isn’t a lot of light but hopefully you’re out at night enjoying the amazing Paris restaurants.

Extremely knowledgeable Host-Oliver! Explained the appliances, the neighborhood , grocery, bakery etc Valuable info for a weeks stay. The flat was clean, bed comfortable , building access perfect. This apartment is in a great location, central to all the sights and transit. The host has wonderful recommendations and gave great directions for a first timer. Once you have the keys, you are fully immersed in Parisian life. The only thing holding you back will be a need for sleep from burning the candle at both ends.

Perfect location
The location is perfect! The Champs Elysee is an easy walk. There are two different Metro lines easily accessed from the apartment. Restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries are also right there. On top of that, Olivier made everything from first contact to check-in through check-out extremely easy. The only downside is noise. As some other renters noted, there is a club or restaurant nearby which is loud until 2:00 am. One morning, this was followed up by a loud group of children at 6:00 am. As long as you don’t expect a quiet, peaceful respite, you will love this city apartment. Pro tip: bring your own shampoo, but if you forget, the store is nearby.

5 star stay in Paris!
My husband and I returned to Paris for a week and stayed in the beautiful, well maintained, very clean and in a perfect location apartment. Olivier was the perfect host! Very responsive, and thorough uoon move in. We couldn't have had a nicer stay. The bed is extremely comfortable, the kitchen is modern, with a Nespresso coffee maker, toaster over, microwave, dishwasher, everything one needs for a perfect easy stay. The courtyard is beautiful and quiet it is truly 5 stars here!

Great Location
This was a great flat a few min walk to Champs, great neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Very walkable to many of the sites. The apt was big and spacious so that was a plus, with a really nice shared courtyard. The check process and communications was a breeze. Oliver was very easy to work with and prompt responses. The apt did feel a little tired and could use some updating with the furniture. Other than than it was great for us.

Appartment in einem schönen, ruhigen Haus in perfekter Lage und schönem Viertel. Viele Restaurants, Brasserien, Cafes, Bäckereien, kleine Supermärkte und die Metro Station gleich um die Ecke! Da das Appartment zum Hinterhof liegt, absolut ruhig und dank guter Matratzen, war der Schlaf wunderbar erholsam. Das Apartment ist wirklich perfekt mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht inklusive Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Fön, Kaffeemaschinen, etc, etc.😌. Und vom Hausherrn gab es auch noch super Restaurant-Tipps 😍
