I booked this hotel because of its location close btmy the mall and supermarket; however, the condition wasn't good since was still under renovation. The inside condition was pretty old but the price was reasonable.

Great for a large family visiting Disneyland. 25mins walk to the park, or 5mins walk to train station, and 1 stop to the parks. Also 5mins from massive shopping centre with supermarket. And a great bakery around the corner. Everything we need for a base when visiting the parks. Large rooms, comfy bed, friendly staff.

We had an amazing stay at Séjours & Affaires Serris! Everything was super clean, and all the amenities were available, which made my stay really comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was just great. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

My kids wanted to give it 4 stars. It had everything we needed, basic but a perfect base. Staff were friendly and great with the kids. Easy access to the RER for Disney and good secure parking available.

2-day stay for Disneyland
Easy to find, 5-minute walk from station (RER from Gare de Lyon) and about 15 minutes to Disneyland if you don't mind the walk. 1 minute from Val d'Europe Shopping Centre and plenty of restaurants in surrounding area. Lots of underground parking available at reasonable rate. Be aware car park is also where rubbish is kept so could do with some proper bins given size of block. Apartment decor was a bit tired and there was a little black mould around the shower, but not in bad condition given the price. Can't rate cleaning service as only stayed 2 nights, but Reception very personable and multi-lingual.

This hotel shouldn't even be classed as a hotel. The following list is what we found wrong. 1, As soon as we walked in you could smell how musty it was. 2,vent on window broken off 3,bathroom unsafe broken tiles on floor bath was filthy toilet brush had poo on it, towels smelt musty and damp had to leave door open. 4,our door didnt lock we had to prop a chair next to it 5,broken tiles in kitchen,bin had broken lid, the kettle smelt like it had been washed with vinegar took us 3x to wash out before we could even use it. 6,There was mould on walls, curtains, ceilings there were dead bugs in the light. 7, The tiles in the kitchen were covered in grease as well as the floor and the light switches 8, The table was very wobbly

Very easy to find, clean but needs updating. outside machine to get keys was very useful. Could use with signs of where to go once in the building as we arrived in the evening and we're a bit unsure where to go after getting the keys.

This is not worthy of 3 stars, this is 1 or 2 star accommodation. At check in we were given a dirty ground floor room, poor mattresses and no mechanical ventilation which meant windows that opened onto a bus stop with people smoking, broken floor tiles and fixtures. We were upgraded to a much bigger room on the 4th floor which was much better (still broken floor tiles and fixtures) but probably worth an average review

Good location for access to Disney and the adjacent shopping centre. Room was nice with a little kitchen which was handy but we had a lot of noise from the room above as we were on the ground floor. Beds were comfy.

Reception was very friendly and we had no issues xhecking in or out. Underground parking was great and for a reasonable €11 per night (24hrs). Short walk to Disneyland or train station with trains until midnight to the centre of Paris (30ish minutes). Room was a little dated. Bedding was clean, but had to make the sofabed ourselves (despite booking for 5) and the crockey/cutlery was not all clean, but nothing awful.
