No towels in room. No working ice machine. Empty vending machine. Breakfast is listed but when we left just before 9am there was frosted flakes, no milk, and 1 possibly 2 packaged muffins.

The door between the main hall and the lobby was locked so I had to go outside and around the building to access the lobby.

Publié le 17 août 2024 sur HotelsPlease note upfront that I do not have unrealistic expectations of what to expect at a Super 8.. a no frills hotel that is typically older and low-feature. However, this hotel is not suitable for guests, and should be pulled from the franchise. This was by far the most filthy hotel room I have ever stayed in. Yes, the toilet was clean and the bed had new sheets… but there was blood/other body fluids on the walls, dried up something splashed across the door, mold and mildew all over in the bathroom, exposed electrical conductors the hallway ( the hall light was removed, wires hanging there) and the carpets were very dirty. It was mind boggling. Believe all the reviews that discuss how dirty and unmaintained the hotel is. For the hotel owners, you need to inspect and correct this facility.
It was bad enough, we just left and went elsewhere before our stay was over.
