Clearly understaffed - check in was 4 hours late as room not ready. Room not cleaned despite requests, slow service generally (with some exceptions). Stayed in 2020 and the staff were great but definitely a downward shift in service levels between then and 2024.

It is in a good location with good fitout. I was not welcomed and not having the room made up everyday unless requested is laughable for the price.
