Newpark Terrace
Publié le 26 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a great condo in an ideal location!!! Very convenient to shopping and many diverse restaurants within walking distance. There is a beautiful biking and walking trail right out back of the condo. This is our 2nd time staying at this condo. The hosts are very kind, gracious and helpful!!

Awesome place

Perfect Stay
Publié le 8 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was clean as a whistle, conveniently located with everything you would need for your stay along with being a 15 minute drive to downtown Park City. The unit is furnished very nicely and minimally, kitchen was stocked and the fireplace was a nice addition, along with the convenience of having a washer & dryer and garage. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future and do hope to return!

Wonderful Condo
Publié le 31 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis condo was just as it was advertised. Great location and the inside looked like new. The check-in process at the condo was the easiest I’ve ever experienced. If we return to Park City in the future we would want to stay here again.

A Great Property

Lovely Newport Condo

There are a number of unique restaurants within walking distance plus a grocery store, movie theatre, shopping and ice cream parlors.Close behind the condo there is a nature preserve with a walking and biking trail. The hosts are great!! We spent three summer months at the condo and plan to return.

Great location, beautiful condo
