Service with a smile

The room was basic, but clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very warm and friendly, always greeting us in the morning and when we returned in the afternoon. My son left his ski jacket in the room when we checked out. When we realized it many hours later and contacted the front desk, they were able to locate the jacket immediately and worked with an outside contractor (ILeftMyStuff.com) to box it up and send it back to my son via UPS. All communication was very caring and efficient. As you would expect ILeftMyStuff charges for the service, but definitely less than the cost of replacing the jacket! It's a Holiday Inn, not Four Seasons, but great service!

Broken TV but got a differ T room.

Got to the room and of course the first thing my husband does is turns on the TV. It was broken. He took a picture of the broken screen and went to walk to the gal at the desk. She said she didn’t have any tvs but she could move us to another room. That worked out well. Thankful for the service.
