We loved this property! It was a perfect location to walk to a Deer Valley Music Festival concert. Transportation into Park City Main Street is very easy and FREE! Very quiet location and comfortable room! Would definitely book here again!

Great spot for families - close access to SnowPark
Publié le 17 juill. 2024 sur HotelsVery clean. They have adjacent units that can be connected for more or less bedrooms. Had an upstairs loft that the kids loved. This place is nearly empty in the Summer. Really close to Snow Park, and a free bus runs out front as well. They also have a shuttle service. No real food options nearby, aside from a short drive to the Deer Valley Cafe (which was beautiful and lakeside). Limited general store. Pool was clean and the kids loved to swim. Very spacious.

Amazing service, very convenient
Publié le 27 mars 2022 sur HotelsThe service was impeccable. Pleasant and complimentary transportation wherever you wanted to go. Extremely nice staff. Property is a little dated, our room was dated and not totally clean. We would definitely come back. Hope they update the property. Just smells old.once you know where you’re going, easy to get around but the way-finding leaves a lot to be desired.

I was delighted you had a great stay and humbled by your kind remarks. I was especially proud of your comments regarding the Lodges staff. You can be assured that I will share your survey with the entire team and thank them for making such a difference in your stay.
That said, I can see there was opportunity for improvement. I'm terribly sorry for our state of "readiness" in some of the property areas. You can also be assured that I have shared your experience in detail with my leadership team and underscored the importance of consistent and reliable service. You have our commitment to focus the areas where we fell short so given the opportunity, we may better serve you (and all our guests) in the future.

We were assigned a 1st level room with a direct view of the property dumpsters, despite the property being near empty.

That said, I can see there was opportunity for improvement, particularly regarding the location of your residence. I'm terribly sorry the lodging experience fell below your expectations. You may be assured that we do have accommodations at the Lodges which are a perfect match to your expectations. I will update your profile to reflect your preference of an upper level, non-parking lot view so that given the opportunity, we may better serve you in the future.
