We had a great visit in Park City. The location is perfect for a family and quick access to lifts & restaurants.

Spring Break Park City

The suite was fantastic! Clean, newer TV/furniture, nice layout, and plenty of room for three of us to spread out and comfortably have a little bit of our own space. The entire unit was somewhat recently updated and much nicer than most of the other units we've rented at other ski resorts. The shared bathroom with dual sinks was plenty large for 2-3 of us to use at one time, and the steam shower with bench was very refreshing. One warning, the TV in the living room is mounted only inches away from the brick fireplace on an immovable mount, we planned to but could not plug in a streaming device to watch our own movies/TV. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints about the rental unit itself! The greater building and services were nice, but literally everything was "valet." Ski storage=valet, ski gear locker=valet, parking garage=valet. It was nice, but not exactly what I was expecting and not really my preference to have people doing everything for me, but we were on vacation so what the heck... The building is also a bit of a maze as it consists of 3-4 different buildings, and they are each connected on different levels, so we spent A LOT of time waiting for and on elevators. All in all, we really enjoyed the unit & property, and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect getaway

Place was absolutely perfect! So spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. Location is unbelievable whether to ski or just enjoy great dining! Will absolutely stay here again!

love the westgate

Very convenient for family ski trip. walk to the Gondola and red bubble. Great restaurants and nice shuttle to get to town if you want.

Great stay after initial headache

Great unit, clean and updated with a nice view. I am a long-time timeshare owner at this very westgate and decided to take a last minute trip this year to enjoy the record snowfall. The unit was great, clean and updated, better than most of the wholly owned units in the Moose and Bison lodges at WG park city. My only issue was at check in. After flying across the country and getting in late at night we were informed there was no record of our name on a reservation for the unit. As I rent my own weeks through VRBO frequently I have always called the front desk to ensure that my renters name was on the reservation and have never had a guest have a check in issue in over 15 years. As we arrived around 9:30pm this was very frustrating. Initially we were told we would need to rent a room for the night while the property contacted the owner. We agreed and got a room. We were told that we would have to vacate that room by 10am the next day and they had no other rooms availalbe for the following night which set off a panic as it was not clear what would happen to our actual VRBO rental. After chatting with vrbo they provided me an alternative number as the primary contact number for the owner was not connecting. I ended up speaking to the owners wife who was in israel, and called her back from the front desk at which point, around 11:30pm, we were finally able to get into the unit we rented. I would recommend any renters call the front desk prior to res to confirm res,
