Perfect Pre-Xmas Getaway for the Family
Publié le 31 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayAmazing property, wonderful location with a short 50 ft walk to the trail through the trees to Silverstrike express. Check-in was easy/convenient. At night, the view over Park City is beautiful with all the tree lights light up and sparkling.
Darrell provided all the details needed and was responsive to any questions we sent via email. He was very accommodating and helpful.
There's plenty of room, including an extra loft for the noisy sleeper. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, you may need to double-check to ensure the staples (oil, spices, etc.) are there. We spent most nights cooking our own meals, including a couple times when we used the outdoor grill to cook up some steaks and carne asada.
Everyone enjoyed the accommodations and we plan to be back. Thank you!

Epic Deer Valley Vacation
Publié le 28 déc. 2022 sur HomeAwayIt is hard to properly summarize what a great trip we had to Deer Valley and Park City. Darrell's properly is world-class from the furnishings to the view. We had two families consistiyof 4 adults and 6 children ranging from age 4 to 13. The location and shuttle service allowed us toove freely without any worries. During our time we enjoyed the early season record snow fall. This location is perfect for ski in and ski out with a short flat walk to the Silver Strike lift. Deer Valley conditions are world famous and we had high expectations, each and every expectation was exceeded.
Darrell was very accommodating and answered every request without delay. It was a pleasure to call this property home for a few days and we can't wait to come back. If you are looking for the perfect home at the perfect location this is it!

FANTASTIC!

The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well-stocked. Darrell was most accommodating! He responded to questions quickly and graciously allowed late checkout. I would recommend this property!

Yes, our home has the best ski/in out location of any rental townhome in Deer Valley's Empire Pass neighborhood - you basically just cross the street and you're at the runs! As Ryan states, we have lots of room, and spacious bedrooms, which are great for larger groups!

As Rob points out, we have three levels on our townhome, the lower level with 3 bedrooms, the middle level with the great room/kitchen and the master bedroom, and the top loft - which is a perfect space for teenagers who want a little space but are still in the house. Great Location

We were there in the summer and enjoyed the easy access to hiking. I can't begin to imagine how perfect this location would be during ski season! Thank you for being so responsive to my questions and making check in/check out very easy.

Thank you Susan for the kind review! I'm glad your stay was wonderful, and that you enjoyed the amazing view from our extra large balcony! As good as the view is in Summer, it's also fantastic in ski season as you see all the twinkling holiday lights over Deer Valley and Park City. And yes, our ease of access is great for ski season, its very easy to get "First Track" and beat the base village to great skiing on mid and upper Deer Valley mountains! Please come back anytime!

This home was perfect for our family! So nice to each have a bathroom connected to our bedrooms.
Publié le 8 sept. 2021 sur HomeAwayPerfect rental for our Utah and California family members to reconnect! Deer Valley is gorgeous in the summer. The HOA shuttle was so convenient to take us to Park City when their wasn't any parking on Labor Day weekend.
We hope to go back and stay again next year!

Thank you Laura for the kind review! I'm glad your extended family get-together went well and that our home was "perfect" for your group! Deer Valley is indeed gorgeous in Summer, especially the 20-mile views from our large balcony overlooking greater Park City!
As you point out, each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, so everyone in large groups gets plenty of privacy :) And yes, our HOA shuttle is very convenient for getting all over Deer Valley and Park city for free, without the hassles of driving and parking!
We definitely appreciated having your group as our guest and would welcome you back anytime!
