Charmless and noisy

Chambre en sous-sol et bruit le matin des chasse-neige.
Petit déjeuner copieux mais dans la confusion.
A éviter en hiver.

Je suis désolé, nous n'avons pas eu de surclassement gratuit à offrir par rapport à ce que vous aviez réservé. Je ferai un suivi auprès de mon équipe du front office pour m'assurer de donner à nos clients toutes les options à leur arrivée. J'apprécie que vous preniez le temps de me le faire savoir car il y a toujours des possibilités de s'améliorer.

Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe good - the staff are super friendly and helpful. Location - it’s a 30m walk to Main Street. Bed is comfortable.
The bads - parking across the street from the hotel in a random parking lot with zero security. The hotel is nice but older. You can find as nice or nicer and newer for the same price. No Starbucks- just a place that serves Starbucks (and way over charges for it) and you can’t pay with the app or get stars for purchases. I think there’s a restaurant but not sure. Also not necessarily if there is because you can get great food at reasonable prices nearby. Overall it was ok but not a place that would recommended my friends and family to.

Very comfortable, clean, convenient, quick ride into town. One drawback: your dog cannot stay in the room alone even if crated so it’s tough to take advantage of local sights for any length of time

I apologize but crated fur babies are allowed in the room unattended if they are not service animals and not disturbing other guests in their units. Thankfully, Main Street Park City and its businesses are VERY dog friendly and able to accommodate while you explore.Please feel free to reach out before your next stay. Easy access around Park City
Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HotelsSituated away from the busy historic main street, but there are multiple bus stops very close to the hotel so we used the FREE city bus system to get around.
Rooms were clean and comfortable size, beds were not amazing after 3 nights my back was feeling it. The pool was great, just warm enough and actually has a 6ft deep end.

Check in was excellent, room was great, however no body wash in the shower, Kleenex only had about 5 sheets in it. There was an empty beer bottle and empty soda can in our room, so maybe the cleaning crew missed it? The iron needs to be replaced. Does not get hot enough to iron anything, even on the hottest setting and the steam setting makes the iron leak water everywhere. Explained all of this to the front desk and they noted everything and said they would take care of it, and I feel confident they will.
