Zero hot water, no staff at front desk, staff at nearby facility managing reservations were late to the desk in the morning and extremely unhelpful. Fitness room had broken, shoddy equipment and looked like someone’s spare garage with old torn yoga mats and a few machines thrown in. We’ve had many fantastic stays at other lodges in The Canyons village here, but the Silverado is awful.

Wait til renovations are done

Overall it's a nice place to stay. Due to the fact it's undergoing renovation, don't advise staying there. Check in was at another hotel which was difficult to find. Was looking forward to hot tub only to find that it was shut down after the front desk directed me where to go. The front desk was not well versed in directing me how to get to the actual hotel. The rooms are very comfortable except for the fireplace which emitted a strong odor that started to give me a headache. Overall I think it will be an enjoyable experience once renovations are completed and the lobby is functioning again. But for now suggest trying other hotels in the area.

Beds sucked but the rooms were cleaned. Very beautiful hotel. But i would give a 1 star for the bed.

The room was lovely; spacious, kitchen, new. Unfortunately, the proprty was under construction . There were zero amenities available, like a cafe or restaurant. I lterally only saw one employee during my stay; & he was rude & dismissive. Virtually non-existent at the desk; so impossible to ask any questions . Im assuming he was overworked.

The staff was not helpful during check in or showing us how to get to our room. This facility is confusing if you are not staying in the main Building 1. The elevators, floors, rooms are confusing to find. There are NO SIGNS telling you where to go or what rooms are on each floor.

It’s a nice place. But the showers were both clogged in my room. The fridge didn’t work so my food went bad. The fireplace didn’t work and the garbages were still full when we arrived. Not very sound proof walls as well could hear our neighbors above and next door.
