Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayListing = extremely accurate. Unit = neat + tidy + clean + well organized + in good shape. Nightly rate = very reasonable (in my opinion). Host = excellent communication + friendly demeanor + personable tone. Location = very good + centrally located (in the Park City area). Would advise my mother to stay here = yep. Would recommend this listing to my friends = of course. Would I stay again = most definitely yes.

Summer Caution
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved the location and layout of this rental. I highly recommend especially during the cooler months. We stayed at the end of July and it was extremely hot. The A/C is a single portable unit in the living room. The rental became extremely hot (upwards of 80 degrees) inside and could not cool down into a comfortable range until the early morning hours and then repeat. Great host, just caution if renting during the warm months.

So sorry about the warm temps, very unusual for Park City this year. We have put 2 more A/C’s in the bedrooms now so it is much more comfortable. We are working with the HOA’s on central A/C, we should have them in for next year!!

Ski trip with friends

The condo was in a perfect location and was so cozy and charming. It was the perfect place to start our mornings with coffee and end our days after skiing. Kitchen is perfect for cooking too.

Spacious condo, great location
Publié le 6 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family of 4 stayed in this well appointed condo for a week to ski PCMR. The location was great — close to town/restaurants/shopping and Town Lift. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook all of your meals. We look forward to returning in the future. Thank you!!

Nice unit in a solid location
Publié le 5 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis unit is in good condition with nice amenities. It's close to both town and the slopes. The owner has the place stocked well. The only negative is that the ski in / ski out designation should also note that 'ski out' requires an uphill walk to the ski trail. Not hard, but not easy either. Otherwise a good experience.

It was nice meeting you and your daughter, glad you got to enjoy all the snow that’s been coming down the last couple of weeks.
Our walk to the ski hill hill is a nice 8-10 minute walk, on a slight slope,, it’s a nice little warm up before you hit the slopes.. we’re happy you enjoyed all the extras at the condo too!
