ew normal problems, but the staff overcame everything and made it perfect. Special shout out to Spencer, who works at the pool; he’s probably one of the hardest working and most personable guys I’ve ever met. The servers were fun, too, singing happy birthday. We had room service that was so personable- she even wrote a handwritten note. To top it off, private dining was teasing me about being sick and suggested I eat some sugar with my breakfast. This kind of service is what you get at St Regis. A

This is a nice resort but I felt it was a little overpriced. Nothing wrong with it, but at this price point, it was disappointing that parts of the spa were broken/closed for maintenance (despite mandatory $50/day resort fee). The room was nice but the bathroom finishes and fixtures seemed a little but dated for such a high price — everything worked and was clean, but it is easy to be disappointed when the cost is so high compared to other available options in Park City. Nice to have smorea station and wine sabering rituals, but neither of those really seemed to make the price worthwhile either. Overall nice stay, but just not really worth being so expensive compared to a normal hotel.
