Nice house, close to town
Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a nice house. It is a short walk into town. Check-in was easy. The house was clean. It would be nice if they had some propane for the grill. Overall good experience.

The grill is a direct gas grill - We do not use propane that is why there is no propane. You just have to turn the knob to ON. If the guest had called us, we could have helped them on the spot.

Exceptional property and location

Beautiful Stay in downtown Park City

get-together, and so wonderfully charming, and perfectly curated for an ideal getaway. I wish we could have stayed longer. Ten, and if it existed... eleven stars. It was such a lovely place. We will be back, for annual visits!

Relaxing Getaway

Excellent location and wonderful layout

We stayed for 5 summer weeks so we are probably more sensitive to the condition of the place than someone staying just a few days. Loved the layout: 2 bedrooms downstairs (on garage level), one "parent" suite with king bed and bath as well as walk in shower; the other downstairs bedroom had twin beds, also with walk-in shower. Upstairs, queen bedroom with walk-in shower. Wifi was excellent and hot water and water pressure was better than anywhere we've ever stayed.
Management was very responsive to a number of concerns. We loved the layout and excellent location. The vaulted ceilings upstairs make it seem much more spacious than its actual square footage. Love the blue/white decor instead of the heavy brown decor more common in Park City. A number of things need attention/refreshing, and we gave that list to management. I trust they are "on it."

Great place to stay!

All bedrooms have their own bathroom, a nice garage for ski/snowboard gear and a short walk to the town lift make this house a winner. Thanks for sharing your home with our group!

Great location… for the price the house needs to be updated

Master bathroom shower leaks . Asked for it to be fixed last year but it is sub par for the cost of the place
Could use new furniture I the living room

I feel very confused by this review. This guest never called us during their stay to complain about the shower leaking, or the garage floor needing to be cleaned. Unfortunately, during our winter season, it is impossible to clean the garage floors. We have that on our spring cleaning list as soon as the snow all melts. We have a guest in the property now 3/24 and they have not had any issues with the Master Shower leaking. The furniture in the living room was new two years ago and is the same as in the pictures.

Close to Lift and Restaurants
