Walk to Deer Valley! Updated 3BR w loft, sleeps 8-9. Two King Masters!

This recently updated townhouse has it all! This spacious 2196 sq ft multi-level unit is perfect for two families or a large group - Wood doors and trim, furniture, large gas fireplace, quartz/granite counter tops, heated bathroom floors in master baths, and an amazing great room with vaulted ceiling. This townhouse has two master bedrooms on the ground floor with ensuite bathrooms, an enclosed third bedroom with sky lights; The upstairs loft has been enclosed with windows letting in natural light and is used as a quiet fourth bedroom. This property sleeps 8 comfortably (can sleep 9 using twin over double in loft). There is high speed internet with WiFi throughout the townhouse.

After a day of skiing come home and relax in front of the new fireplace or walk 100 steps to enjoy the condo's twin hot tubs, sauna, and pool (Open and very warm throughout the entire ski season! The dressing rooms are heated and carpeted). There is a large, heated garage with space for two cars and additional parking spaces at the unit, yard space for building snowmen, sledding, or playing ball (summer).

Location overview: You can be completely car-free here. Lakeside is located adjacent to the Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge parking lot - a one minute walk on a paved and cleared sidewalk from the condo’s front door, where the Deer Valley Resort parking tram stops every few minutes, or take the Deer Valley Direct shuttle from the front door.

We're also just under a mile from Park City's Main Street, very walkable in warmer weather. The free community bus system to Historic Main Street, stores, and surrounding resorts (Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons Village – now connected via a gondola, and is the largest ski resort in North America) makes everything accessible. These convenient buses run frequently through midnight during ski season.

In the summer months the unit is just a one minute walk to the walking paths surrounding the lake and meadow at Deer Valley's Snow Park base, with easy access to the concert venues and other summer activities such as mountain biking, hiking, and more. Zip lines, alpine slides/coasters, and other attractions are nearby in town and at the Olympic Village.

Other key unit amenities:
• One minute walk to Snow Park Lodge parking lot – can either take the Deer Valley parking lot tram to the lodge, the Deer Valley Direct door-to-door shuttle service, or walk it in a matter of minutes (we often leave skis and boots at the lodge nightly with Deer Valley’s free storage service and walk). Short walk across the parking lot to the St Regis funicular.
• 15 minute walk to downtown/Main St.
• Two ground floor master bedrooms (i.e. no lugging suitcases up steps!)
• Ground level garage access and driveway sufficient for multiple cars, additional parking available a one minute walk from unit.
• Key pad entry (no keys!) front door.
• Fully stocked and updated kitchen open to the dining room. A large dining room table seats families comfortably. 4 additional bar stools at the elevated kitchen counter add extra capacity for large group dinners or for quick kids’ meals at the breakfast counter.
• Gas grill available, and seating on deck with views of the meadow and lake area
• Boot removal bench in garage and on ground floor
• Washer and dryer on ground floor of unit
• Heated community pool w/ large hot tub, sauna, and changing facilities located 100 steps from unit. Pool is open in the summer from Memorial Day through Labor Day and in the winter, opening through closing date. Hot tub open year around.

This townhome is in excellent condition, and we ask that you please respect this family-owned and used unit. No smoking and no pets please. Enjoy some of the best skiing and hiking in the world, as close to ski-in, ski-out as possible. The unit is literally on the Deer Valley Trail Map. Our goal is to make your stay in our unit very comfortable and hopefully have you come back year and year again.

Excellent stay for Deer Valley skiing
Two families (4 adults, 4 kids) fit very comfortably in this townhouse. Main floor kitchen and bathroom was nicely renovated and we had everything we needed for cooking breakfasts and dinners. Door to door shuttle to Deer Valley was great as always. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Sundance House
It was great for our visit to Sundance. We had a full house of 8 and it was comfy for all of us! We were busy during Sundance. It was a somewhat cold in the basement, although there were instructions on how to make this warmer and balance the heating within the house, but we never got around to reading and implementing them so perhaps this is highly solvable. Further, the shuttle that was free, only went to the base of the Mountain not to Main Street. So for Sundance our uber expenses added up quickly. We were anticipating using the free shuttle and would love to book this spot again next year if there was a way to get this shuttle free (or with a base fee) to Main Street. It would've been a most welcome addition to an amazing stay! Overall this spot was 10/10! Great amenities. Hot Tub/Sauna were great and close to the house (about a 45 second walk around the corner). Distance from Main Street was not bad. Easy access to the house via keypad and garage code. Spacious Garage. Big Rooms. Beautiful scenic area. Cozy upstairs with nice fireplace, etc. The TV was confusing, we wanted to get to the smart TV to access apps like Netflix but there wasn't a smart TV remote just a comcast cable remote, a traditional TV remote, and a sound bar remote. We never did figure out how to access things like Hulu etc. Thanks again for the great stay, if this place is open and you've read all of this BOOK IT!

Great Family Ski Trip
This is our second visit to this home. It is extremely clean and wonderful for families. The convenience of the skier shuttle makes traveling from the base with little kids very easy. The property owner/manager is very responsive. We've really enjoyed each of our last two stays. Looking forward to coming back!

Perfect Place to Ski Deer Valley
We stayed in this location years ago when our kids were little so when we found this place to do a quick 4 day ski vacay with them, we were happy. It was perfect for us and our 2 adult kids. Very comfy beds, nice kitchen, lovely view off the deck and easy walking to the DV parking lot or hopping on the shuttle. The snow removal was so efficient during this heavy snowy season (made for great skiing). The owners were very quick to respond to our questions and we even set off the fire alarm with a piece of toast (sorry) and we were contacted immediately to make sure all was ok. We highly recommend it.

Nice condo, solid location
This place was great - it came as billed (i.e. was consistent with the pictures and description on VRBO). We were very comfortable in the unit, and could use all the amenities with no issues. Further, this is very close to a shuttle to both the Deer Valley resort and the Park City Main Street, so it is a very convenient spot. We will likely come back!

The Perfect Place!
Gorgeous setting, the view out the great room sliding glass doors could not be better! It did not feel as though we had any neighbors, even though this is a townhome. The house is close to Park City and the grocery store. There were 5 of us, plus we had 8 more family members over for dinner, and it easily accommodated us all. The heated bathroom floors were delightful! The fireplace wasn't working when we arrived, and the host jumped right on getting it running. I've never stayed in a home with so many kitchen spices, plates, glasses, silverware, cookware, and literally everything you could possibly need. She responded quickly and efficiently to all my questions before and during our stay and was incredibly accommodating to me. I can't say enough good things about this house! Thank you for sharing your vacation home with my family, April!!

Big disappointment- pool closed for 6 of 7 days. Bad choice by HOA and management company to have Pool apron surfaces redone at this time, since not a necessary repair. They could have it done in September. We had family in several units in this complex and chose it because of pool.

Great Family Vacation

Wonderful Ski Vacation
This was one of the best stays we've had anywhere. The condo was extremely clean and was well supplied. The space easily accommodated our family of four and two grandparents. Our sons loved the bunk-room loft. The communication with April was exceptional, as she was very quick to respond to any questions. But, we had no problems at all from check-in to check-out. The location of this condo is absolutely perfect. Ski shuttle picked us up in front of the driveway and brought us steps from the base lodge. With little kids, we went back and forth with ease. My mother did not ski and but able to ride the Silver Lake express chairlift to mid-mountain to meet us for lunch as well. The public transit was easy and convenient. It was a great vacation. We hope to be back soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation and much of it was due to where we stayed. The home was clean and kitchen was fully stocked. We had enough sleeping areas and beds were comfy. Great location!
This property is fantastic for skiing Deer Valley, just steps from the lower parking lot shuttle. Everything is clean and well cared for, but the layout is not quite comfortable. The main bedrooms feel like a basement and are absolutely freezing, while the top floor loft was uncomfortably warm. The small bedroom on the main floor felt more like a storage room and the kids had to be careful not to bump their head when sitting up in bed. It took us 3 nights to figure out a sleeping arrangement suitable for 5 of us, but unfortunately no one slept well the entire time. Too bad because the area is perfect.

All the comforts of home without the chores!
This was a perfect condo — clean, close, and comfortable (and extremely quiet). During the heat wave in July, the A/C was exceptional! We stayed with our two adult children and hiked Park City area and the Uintas. Our kids tried paddle boarding which is in the lake next to the condo. While we were an easy walk to Main Street in Park City, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking family meals. It was a great spot for our family vacation!

Terrific!
We enjoyed a very comfortable 5 night stay here. The house was very, very clean, the furniture and beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, the lighting was good, and there were plenty of extra towels, blankets, sheets, and pillows. The house was convenient to Park City as well as walking distance to a lovely park and to the lifts. We'd absolutely stay here again and recommend others do, too.

Our family of 5 adults and 2 children really enjoyed our stay at this property.
