Disappointed that the hairdryer did not work and disappointed in the very thin bedding and pillows

It was fine for a small town hotel. Needs updates. Was pretty clean considering. The check in was odd. We asked to check in early. I think 1:30. The room was ready but asked us for $25 to do so. But, if we came back at 2:30 it was free to check in early. Sketchy in my opinion. Overall just average hotel.

Not allergy friendly
Publié le 10 août 2024 sur HotelsWe traveled to and a half hours to get to Park Rapids. After my husband was in the room for an hour his allergies, get really bad from the spray they use inside every room. He had to take allergy medicine, but then turned around and drove back home because he could not spend any more time there. He opened the window for fresh air, and there was no screen so all the bugs could come in. Turn down the fan in the bathroom and it didn’t work.
