We arrived late and were treated as if the first customer of the day. Pleasant motel comfortable and very clean. All elements of the room functioned well. Parking was very well layed out with easy access on arrival and departure. Owner operators proud of their business and it shows.

Friendly staff, dated but more than adequate
We are repeat visitors to this motel - it's a bit dated but has more facilities than we can use in our one-night stopovers. The couple who run it are lovely and obliging. Our only quibble is the traffic noise - lots of trucks and an irritating business security alarm across the road so request a room at the back if you are sensitive to this. Great value for money - we will stay again next year.

The rooms are fairly dated, but looked after and confortable. Noise from the air conditioner and fridge was quite high, but if you turn them off, it was a comfortable night's sleep. Hotel is not too far from town and restaurants, shops, etc and they have plenty of parking.

give it a miss!
For the price, this place is very run down and noisy. Aircon shakes the whole wall and the noise from the road is clear as day, due to the thin fibro front wall and bathroom windows you can't close. Toilet running all the time and very small cramped bathroom. Stayed in another hotel on our return a few days later for the same price and 10 times better.

OK motel for Parkes
Older motel complex in quiet location. Room was clean and well presented, AC on ready for arrival after very warm day. Bathroom a bit small and dated but adequate. Probably a bit expensive for the quality of the room but served it purpose being a quick overnight stay.

This is a pleasant motel which is quite well maintained. It is on the main road into Parkes from Sydney so could be noisy at some times of the year.

Nice overnight stopping point
I needed a bed while passing through Parkes and Clarinda Motel was a good option. Whilst this is an older motel it was perfectly clean and comfortable. In fact the shower was one of the cleanest I have encountered! I was tired and slept well but didn't notice any road noise at night either. Very friendly lady at reception when I checked in..
