We stayed at this property five years ago when attending a wedding and we liked it then, hence our reason for returning. We arrived after reception had closed and were a bit disappointed to find we’d been allocated an accessible room. The issues with this were the toilet too high and no toilet lid, sink too low and the shower water pressure was low. Apart from that the bed was comfortable and we only stayed one night so it was adequate enough.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it there. Room was clean, comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Amenities were so close to our room and staff were lovely. Definitely recommend staying here if you come past parkes. I give it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Thanks Akram for your review although quiet perplexing.The only interaction I had with yourself was when you asked for an invoice and I advised that as you booked and paid through a third party, you would be required to seek this through them as we are unable to provide this information to you directly.I do apologise if you found this interaction rude and not helpful however we have policies in place which I’m sure you can appreciate and if you book and pay through a third party, it limits the information that we can provide to you.As you’ll see from our many reviews, we always get very positive feedback regarding our service.Thank you again for your review and hope that the above clears any concerns you had.Kind regards,Samara & Jason
