Enjoy your stay at our one bedroom 2nd level walk-up condo located a short walk from Rathtrevor beach. The main bedroom contains a queen size bed & tv with streaming channels. The open concept living area features an electric fireplace, double size pullout couch with a memory foam mattress, full kitchen and dining area. Enjoy your morning coffee or a meal on the private balcony.

Resort amenities include outdoor pool (open seasonally), hot tub, children’s playground, tennis court and ramp access down to the beach.

In suite washer and dryer are provided. Free wifi and cable tv. Free parking available onsite in designated parking stall.

Perfect little getaway
It was a perfect little place for a romantic birthday getaway! Pretty easy to find the unit, even in the dark. Wanted to use the pool and hot tub area in the evenings but on the first night it was busy with families with children and the second it was busy with adults our kids ages. We would definitely stay here again.

2 weeks. Easy booking and check in. She responded immediately to any questions I had. Great area to stay to go to various areas of the island. Pool was nice temperature. Hot tub. Playground for kids. Deer and some bunnies. It was a quiet family complex. No kids allowed in pool area after 9 pm. Beds /blankets/pillows and hide a bed were comfortable. Enough dishes and utensils. Did not have pizza pan. I suggest a mirror in the bedroom and maybe coat hooks in hallway. There was pool noodles and beach toys and chairs. Could use a small cooler. It is not central air. There is only a/c in the bedroom but there are two fans which I used to blow the a/c into the living area. It was sufficient for our stay as it didn’t get higher than 22 outside. I would recommend.

Unit was immaculately clean. Everything was very well supplied, especially the kitchen. Checkin was seamless and excellent communication from the host. Would definetely return for another great stay.... Loved it!

Beautiful condo, great location and excellent hosts.
We have stayed at Ocean Trails resort in the past and have booked through the resort as well as through a third party. We love the property, with a pool, hot tub and beach access. We chose this condo because it was priced lower than the website. The unit was sparkling clean and very well equipped. Rachael has put everything you might need there, as well as a few things you might have forgotten. There was ice in the freezer, cold water bottles in the fridge, coffee and tea, creamers, sugar, salt, pepper and even microwave popcorn. The towels and linens were top quality and the furniture is comfortable. There were toys, towels and chairs for the beach in case you forgot yours. Rachael was quick to respond to the few questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Great condo in Parksville
My family of four with two young kids very much enjoyed our stay at Rachael’s condo. It’s in a central location, fully stocked with supplies to enjoy our stay, and the resort’s amenities were clean and well-loved. My kids had a great time at the pool, in the playground, and at the beach. Communication with Rachael was very timely as well. Thanks for a great few days, Rachael!

Grounds were great, the pool was perfect for the hot sunny days. The washrooms at the pool were extremely clean! Great trail to the beach. The condo was very clean and well equipped with all the things one would need. We stayed a week and really enjoyed the area. Great ice cream truck on the boardwalk!

Excellent hosts were responsive and offered to be available as needed. Looks almost exactly like the photos but the property as a whole is a bit dated. Note that there is no air conditioning so in mid summer it can be very hot at night. Hosts had lots of fans available, though. Great kitchen space with nice little patio area. Great pool area and lots to do for kids.
