Never again
Publié le 20 déc. 2023 sur HotelsReserved a double bed got a twin bed instead when I asked for a double bed I got a single "big" bed, In fact I got a accessible room with a larger than usual single bed.
Hotel is non smocking and has detectors in each room so people are smocking in the corridor. When I complained about the obnoxious smell in my room I got told that nothing could be done...
Third night out of 4, my car was broken into and stuff in the trunk got stolen ( nothing was visible from outside).
No camera on parking.
I left before the end of th reserved trip and didn't get charged for the 4th night.
Restaurant is medium. Staff is ok but not really helping.
