There was no hot water and air conditioning did not work. The noise both inside and outside the hotel was also very disturbing - from the talking outside the room at odd hours, to being able to hear the toilet flush and steps in the room above.

good morning, I'm sorry that you didn't have a good time, we are not a hotel but a guest house and as such it is not equipped with the soundproofing of a hotel but of an ordinary house, the hot water did not work for 5 minutes after which we once the problem was resolved, the noises he heard were simply the presence of other guests and those from outside unfortunately due to a construction site in the street unfortunately we do not have exclusivity and control over what happens in the neighborhood

The location was excellent, a 15 mon walk to the main square. Very clean and comfortable with a great breakfast.
