Jos miinuksia etsimällä etsitään, niin hotellihuoneet kaipaisivat pientä pintaremonttia. Lisäksi vedenpaine suihkussa oli hieman kehno.

Kommer ikke hit igjen

Kommer ikke hit noe mer. Forferdelig bråkete ved frokosten, og elendig mat. Spiser ikke loff og Nutella. Endte med at jeg tok med egne rundstykker til frokost. Eggene var kalde, og bacon kun fett, usj. Trodde vi fikk balkong og betalte ekstra for dette, men så kun rett på taket til bassenget, så den balkongen ble ikke brukt. Ikke gjorde de rent på rommet heller, måtte hente håndduker selv. Kommer aldri tilbake. Takk for oss!

Unfortunately, it is true that when a restaurant is full of people, there is also more noise and it's a pity you didn't find anything tasty on the breakfast menu. No one has to pay extra for a balcony in a hotel room, because all rooms have a balcony. Unfortunately, some rooms indeed have a view of the roof of the water centre. Room cleaning is tailored just for you. Our company's goal is to reduce our footprint in the tourism industry. We save nature by using less energy, water, and chemicals. Room cleaning is free and available upon request. Daily housekeeping service could be ordered from the hotel reception. You can get information about housekeeping and changing towels in the hotel rooms.We apologise for the unfortunate experience. Customer satisfaction is the goal we have always strived for. Our Stay at Terviseparadiis

We recently spent a delightful weekend at Terviseparadiis with our grandchildren and returned richer for the experience. As someone who travels frequently, comparisons with previous experiences inevitably arise. Firstly, the water park was wonderful. Our grandsons truly enjoyed their time there—the water was at a comfortable temperature, there was ample space, and it wasn’t overcrowded. The water park guards were dedicated and professional, which added to our sense of safety and enjoyment. I was delighted with the Spa service. Masseuse Tiia in room 229 was exceptional, and I would recommend her to everyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The PURPUR restaurant provided pleasant and fast service. The breakfast was rich and tasty, though I believe the dining room could be made cosier to enhance the overall dining experience. However, what was somewhat disappointing was the general service culture of the hotel employees. I understand that it is summer and many young people are working as substitutes, but basic expressions of courtesy and smiles were lacking. Despite being beautiful young women, the reception staff seemed more focused on their computers than on welcoming guests. This made me feel unwelcome as a customer. It was also a bit inconvenient that I had to drive halfway back to the hotel because the employee inadvertently left some costs off the bill. This reminded me of service standards from the 90s

Hyvä kylpylähotelli meren rannalla

Hotelli oli siisti ja mukava. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja hyvä. Pysäköinti maksoi kahdelta yöltä 10€ ja parkkipaikkoja oli reilusti. Kylpylän yhteydessä oli kohtuuhintainen ruokapaikka, Neptum Grill. Erillisen ravintolan ja baarin hintataso lähentelee Suomen tasoa. Ainoa asia, jota jäi kaipaamaan oli perustietoa hotellin ja erityisesti kylpylän palveluista ja niiden käytöstä. Meiltä jäi käyttämättä esim. kylpylän saunaosasto.
