Situé à 15 min de Parrita sur une route de gravier.
Vue sur la mer, excellent pour marcher et magnifique coucher de soleil. Cependant la mer est agitée avec des courants de fond, donc difficilement baignable. Donc nous avons utilisé la piscine de la propriété.
Pour des activités locales tel la pêche et des safaris pour voir les singes demander aux propriétaires, ils vont vous mettre en contact avec des gens de la région. Nous avons fais 4hrs de pêche sur le lagon avec un pêcheur local, un superbe avant midi! Enfin nous avons un superbe séjour chez Susan. Merci aussi à Woody!

Secluded beach front property
Publié le 21 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautiful sunsets. Friendly neighbors and miles of secluded beach. It is a bit of a hike to Manuel Antonio park but if you embrace the Pura Vida life-style it’s a great place for a peaceful and quiet stay.
I would describe the property as 1990’s Midwest beach front cottage. Compared to the other places we stayed in Costa Rica the price point is great.

Publié le 19 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayWhen we arrived I went to the backyard by the pool noticed none of the lights worked, went to the bathroom in the backyard tried to turn the light on and was electrocuted then 2 days later the house caught on fire do to the electrical I then contacted the fire department and had to wait outside for hour before my family was allowed back inside then for 4 days after we had no hot water also there is not a single fire alarm in the house when I contacted the owner she told me I wasn't electrocuted because I was still alive

Patrick, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. There are several smoke detectors in the home as well as a fire extinguisher. ICE's outside meter caught on fire, not the house as you are aware. The property manager verified all lights were working after the bulbs were replaced due to the surge. Guest checked out the same day you checked in with no issues. You failed to mention you put out an electrical meter fire with water causing a surge throughout the house burning out the new water heaters, bulbs and you were demanding an $800 credit for no hot water but you weren't there for several days and came back to stay. We resolved the issue in less than 6 hours with ICE as this happened in the middle of the night. When I asked if everyone/everything was ok you said yes. Then several days later you started asking for the $800 credit. This issue was not due to the condition or maintenance of the home.

Beautiful Sunsets
Publié le 16 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time at this home. Loved the pool, beach and especially the Sunsets. The best way to enjoy this house is get lots of groceries and hang at the pool.
BBQ wasn’t cleaned is my only complaint. Really need a gas BBQ.

Very relaxing on the beach

Christmas by the beach
